Very bright
This was taller than I expected and not super attractive but my fault for not checking the dimensions. It was pretty easy to set up and it works well. I do love smart bulbs! I have three other smart bulbs that are on another app and I find that one a little easier to use. My problem with this light is that it doesn’t get dim enough. I would like a really dim white but even at one percent it’s too bright. So I have it on red instead for low lighting. Being big and bright, It would be a great lamp for reading and work. Big kudos to their customer service, I did call with a question about the app and the phone was answered very quickly and my issue resolved. Customer service like that is almost impossible to find today so thank you!

I like this way more than I thought I would.
Wasn't sure what to expect when I requested this item, but I must say it is pretty neat. First off the lamp is well made, the orb part unscrews and screws back on nicely and doesn't feel cheap at all. After installing the included wifi bulb and plugging in the lamp, I downloaded the Enbrighten app and had to read the instructions on how to have it log into the wifi. (Lamp off and on 5 times) Once it was paired I had fun looking at all the settings for the bulb. You can make it very bright, or dim it for more intimate lighting. The bulb can be set to anywhere from warm to daylight, has a full color palette to choose from, and is programmable for time of day or various situations/seasons. There is a preset for Christmas for example that alternates between red and green. Overall I think this is a great lamp with lots of potential.

Nice Lamp
This lamp is really nice. The bulb cover is actual glass and the base feels nice and sturdy. It comes with a dimmable smart bulb. I like that this has a regular "toggle" type switch which makes using smart bulbs very easy. In the end, I will probably switch this wi-fi smart bulb out for one that also does colors. With a toggle switch it helps to be able to use smart bulbs and things that work with Alexa. The charging ports are a nice convenience also.

Love this lamp! The app for it also works!
The lamp comes with a smart LED bulb. You download an app to configure the lamp. The app works flawlessly ! So often supporting apps do not work as well as I'd like. You put the lamp in pairing mode by turning the power off and on 5 times, it just works the very first time. Once the lamp is paired, there are a couple very simple steps to finish the configuration. You are able to easily select different lighting options, some are really cute (such as Fourth of July and Christmas) and also set up any number of timing options. I found this whole process to be quick and straight forward. I am already considering buying another lamp!

The lamp itself, is just a lamp. What makes this "better" is the smart bulb. Adding a smart bulb to any lamp will give you the same features as this lamp.

THIS LAMP OVERHEATS LED BULBS SO HOT YOU CAN'T TOUCH THEM
The lamp itself looks really good. It's like one of those old subway entrance sphere lamps. It has a couple of USB outlets which is great. I mean, if you're going to be plugging in to the wall it might as well serve a charger too. There is one very serious problem. THIS LAMP OVERHEATS. I tried this lamp with three different LED bulbs (the one it came with and two others ones i already had) and they all got so hot that i couldn't unscrew them with my bare hands. This is after having them on only for a few minutes. I thought this was bizarre as LED bulbs barely heat up, so i tried the bulbs with a different lamp, and yeah, they got warm at best, but not hot. With this lamp though they got insanely hot. I truly believe that this lamp is a fire hazard. I have never experienced LED bulbs getting that hot where you could barely touch them. Thankfully i noticed because i honestly believe if i had left a bulb in it for hours it's possible it could start a fire. I got this lamp for free to review so unfortunately i can't send it back. I'm sending it straight to the trash.
