Failed after 1 year

The media could not be loaded. Original post. See end for update. Arrived in a Box that was really damaged and I thought for sure there would be damage to the faucet but there was not. Also some people complained that the water pressure was not very good, I can tell you that the water pressure is very good and I actually have to turn the pressure down because the sprayer sprays all over the place. I would have given it 5 stars had it come with supply lines. You will need to go to the hardware store to by supply lines for this faucet. It installed very easily and worked great for my sink because the holes were not in a straight line there at a triangle. You could see what I mean by looking at the picture. The sprayer does retract using the weight on the hose below the sink. But it does not seat perfectly you have to do it manually. Not a big deal for the price you pay. UPDATE: After 1 year the spray head started shutting itself off if I use any kind of preasure so you have to wait till pressure goes down before you can use it again. Also not much pressure coming out of the center part. I have cleaned it and soaked it in CLR to no avail. Its like the little black "switch" has failed. Also keep in mind that the stream of water, when it does work, is not pointing strait down, it points at an angle and is frustrating sometimes.

Solid, worth the value price, things to know

I will say this is solid, but precaution in the water line to the drop down head was not secure and needed tightening to not leak. I suggest using pipe thread tape also. I would recheck all connecting pieces prior to any part of install. It does come with adapters for both smaller and larger connection lines. I suggest buying multi fit lines $7 each rather than adapter as just one less connection to leak later if a standard line is not available as your hook up. Easy install, poor directions but a good purchase. Anyone with focus and taking time can install, no plumber necessary. I did notice lots of reviews discussed drop down not staying up. This is a delicate soft touch to put back in place as a rubber o ring is what holds it up. I can see that needing replacement over time, but that is a 10 cent item and can be replaced without removal, just turn water off first, it disconnects at hose connection at dropdown handle at faucet. Easy fix, worth the money, it also has a stronger water stream is good also.

Stream mode will not hold

The media could not be loaded. After some months of use the spray mode took over and keeps getting us wet. The button will not always hold and most of the times when turning it on it will be the spray mode that will be on even pressing the button to get stream mode instead. We are now searching for a replacement.

1st Warehouse disappointment

Faucet should work and if it functions I'll keep it, however I'm a bit disappointed... This was a Warehouse purchased described "Condition: Used - Like New". The neck has an obvious dent and scratches, and the base has some hard water deposits that should wash off. I've purchased plenty of items from the warehouse but never received a "like new" item with such obvious signs of wear. The faucet itself is heavy and seems to be well made.

Not a year old and having to replace

The spray function stopped working after the first few months of use. Now the nozzle does not function at all. Sometimes water will be flowing and stop, other times it won’t flow at all. This faucet was a complete waste of time and money as new we will have to pay another plumber to install and we’ll manufactured fixture.

Beautiful and great quality.

This is a great faucet. Have spent almost three times as much for others and this quality wise is right up there. Excellent flow and finish is beautiful. So happy I bought this, instead of another overpriced faucet.

This faucet seems like a really good value and they’re serious about it being high flow. Installation is typical and the operation is smooth. I’d buy it again.
