Easy to install!
I was able to install this set quickly within an hour and the best part is I was even able to set it to open with my existing keys so no need to go get new copies made!

Even though it appears to be an exact replacement to my lock, It isn't the same size.
Ever though this item appeared to be identical in was not the same. The deadbolt was a little different shape and the exterior handle was about 1" shorter. There was no way to make it fit. I had no problem with it being "used". It appeared to be new with only damaged packaging. I was thrilled with the price - if only it would fit.

Solid! Half the price of Home Depot
Bought this just for the lower handles; we installed a digital lock up top. Install was a breeze, it matches the finish of the digital lock, and as an added bonus now have a new deadbolt for our garage. That since it is a Kwikset key, can finally have one lock to rule all of our locks. Half the price of Home Depot!! So, major win!

Love it, almost perfect.
The price and ease of re-keying everything in a new house to the same key on my own made this set an easy choice. I'm very pleased with how things turned out. I would give five stars if not for one small hiccup while installing; this set had the same specs as the old one I was replacing, but for whatever reason the bolt hole for the bottom of the handle was off a millimeter or two. It could have been wear and tear on the door, shoddy craftsmanship by the previous owner (likely, considering the state of the rest of the house; we couldn't even get the door to open using the old handle from outside), or wrong specs on the set. Whatever the reason, it took some extra drilling to get this to fit. But things still look fine, and slightly re-drilling a hole wasn't enough to make me regret the purchase. I love how it looks on the door and you can actually get inside if you need to use the handle now. If not for that one catch this would get a perfect score.

Good door hardware for the money
I got this to replace my 20 year old front door hardware that was very discolored but still working. This was fairly easy to install, just had to drill one new hole for the bottom bolt to go through the door since it wasn't in the same place as the old one. Luckily the handle covered the old hole on the outside and I just kept the decorative bold in the hole on the inside. Doesn't seem to be a smooth operating as the best hardware but this was very inexpensive for what you get. I would buy again.

Front Door lock installation
From Installation, this was OK product. This is not new installation, replacememt. Re-Keyning worked as described.

Will not last
While initially thought this was a good product, we ve had to repair or adjust it several times when the key insert area slipped sideways making it impossible for the key to be inserted. It happened again today and now the deadbolt mechanism has frozen as well. We Cannot recommend

簡単に交換できました
25年前 新築時についていた同じクイックセットのドアノブが破損したため交換。25年前と変わらないデザインが手に入るのは素晴らしい。右開き 左開きは、ワンタッチで180度転換できる機構。説明書は英文で日本語表記はありません。ただし図解もわかりやすい。

安くてよかった
ずっとラッチの不調があり、いつでドアが開かなくなるか不安な日々でした。業者の見積もりは高額でしたのでなかなか修理出来ずにいました。 輸入品で安く買うことができるのを知り、とりあえず取り寄せてみました。 アメリカは家のメンテナンスは自分でやってしまう事が多く、きっとこれくらい自分でやるに違いないと 思いチャレンジ。今回はドアノブ部分のみ交換だったので なんとか自分で取り替えることが出来ました。 鍵は数年前に取り替えたので。 日本で業者に頼んだら7万くらいはかかったはず。 だいぶ節約できました。
