good product quality, not too good on design
like: the cold press juice quality dislike: cutting to smaller pieces needed otherwise stuck in the center of the feeder

Very Good Juicer
I ordered this juicer and it arrived last week. I've used it at least a dozen times and it is indeed a great juicer, as everyone else here has described. I will tell you how it is compared to the juicer I own and love, so that others can decide if they want to replace their current ones or not. I use the Omega VRT350, and have no issues with it, use daily and love it. I only bought the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer because I needed a second juicer for all the traveling I do, and this one seemed exactly the same with a few "improvements" I thought I'd really like to have. The improvement I like the most is the bowl. The Kuvings bowl is flat inside without all the nooks and crannies that are in the Omega bowl, so it makes it a little easier to clean. The silicon flap under the bowl is bigger on the Kuvings, but I feel like the slightly smaller and less flat one on the Omega is easier to get in tightly (very important to avoid any leakage). Though, neither of these differences are deal- breakers. The Kuvings is much taller with the top on and I don't actually like having to use the pusher so much. On the Omega, I never have to use the pusher; an apple chunk, cucumber or carrot is all that's needed to push any greens down just with gravity... simply drop things in and the Omega pulls it all down into the auger. I'm hoping to get used to having to use the pusher on the Kuvings so much, though. It's a personal choice, of course, not really a design flaw. Also, on the feed tube subject, while it's very nice to have such a big opening (3"), you really need two hands to feed in greens, celery, and any other smaller cut items. A big funnel needs to be on top so one can just drop it in with one hand. Having to use 2 hands, I find I need a little more counter space. With the Omega, I can feed anything one-handed (may not be an issue for some people, but my set-up is juicer on the counter to the left of the sink so I can clean up easily). I do like the green basket/screen cleaner that comes with the Kuvings, it works great. The only other negative is that I actually need the thinner cleaning brush that came with my Omega to clean the pulp chute on the Kuvings bowl. The chute on the Kuvings is slightly longer than on the Omega bowl, so I need the Omega thin brush end to scoop it out easily, just like it does so well for the Omega. Summary: If I were buying my first upright masticating juicer, I would buy the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, for sure. If I have the Omega VRT350 already and am looking to replace it with the Kuvings just for the improvements, I wouldn't, that would be money spent unnecessarily. However, I would do exactly what I just did and buy the Kuvings or the Omega for a second juicer. I am planning on using my Omega for my *travel juicer because it is smaller overall than the Kuvings. So my Kuvings will be the permanent fixture in my kitchen. I rated 4 stars overall rather than 5, just because of the slight awkwardness of use as compared to the Omega... not because of performance, which is excellent. *By "travel" I mean via car. I drive state to state and stay places for weeks at a time so won't be without my juicer. I wouldn't risk either good heavy juicer on a plane, though, too much risk for damage as your bags get tossed all over the place. UPDATE: I just wanted to add that after fiddling with it a little bit, I figured out how to get the silicon chute flap easily into it's slot. It's now just as easy for me to get it in as it is to get the smaller Omega one in it's own slot (yay me!). Anyway, I just insert the very tip of the top of the flap in first, and the rest of it follows as I push evenly and firmly with my thumb. Maybe hard to picture that... sorry... just fiddling with it for a few minutes initially will get it in there easily each time in about 3-4 seconds, though... we're all a little different. I know this isn't an issue at all for anyone who bought the Kuvings without ever having used an Omega (or any other juicer for that matter). Happy juicing!

Size
I think it’s expensive machine. The only reason it’s good is cause the size it’s not balky. Don’t take up to much space.

Fantastic Product worth ever penny
I wasn't going to add a review, but after reading some of the recent low ratings I must provide my opinion. Clean up: Its not "fun" but it is easy to clean off. The machine does a good job separating and expelling dry pulp making clean up less cumbersome. Harder fruits or veggies may require use of the cleaning brushes they thoughtfully provided. Quality: Does not take up much counter top space, hefty in weight, parts great quality, and make little noise Juice Yield: I'm was truly impressed when I fed in my celery and greens. The juice to pulp yield are about equal. I provided a photo showing fresh apple juice. Per my photo: 8 gala apples yields 32oz of juice..~4 apples per 16oz Jar dry pulp in back wet pulp in strainer can be used to make apple sauce or butter.

Surpassed my expectations
The showing of an entire apple going through in the picture is a little deceiving since only small apples can fit through the 3" wide diameter shoot. I find it difficult to find apples this size so usually they need to be cut into fourths. Not so bad when compared to my last juicer with which I had to cut them into sixths. However whole cucumbers (even thick ones), lemons, carrots... all these slide right through whole! This thing is also really quiet! My last juicer was also a "silent" juicer but even though it was less loud than most it still sounded like cats screeching. Neighbors in my building get disturbed easily so I couldn't use it during certain times, but this juicer is quiet enough that I've had no problems using it in the middle of the night without disturbing them. The smart cap is genius. Sometimes I end up making a little too much juice for the glass I'm using and just when the glass is about to overflow I can close the cap to leave the rest in the juicer for a couple of minutes until I get another glass. It also prevents dripping on the counter. Clean-up is a breeze. So much so that I find it almost fun to clean. I used to have an older Kuvings model and I didn't stay with it long because of certain things I didn't like. One of those things being the auger which was a pain to dismount and mount because it was short and almost the same height/width as the surrounding filter- which meant and I couldn't get my fingers down on the auger enough to pull it out easily. This auger is much taller and juts out of the filter by a good few inches so all you have to do is wrap your fingers around that and it comes right out. A quick rinse of the parts is all it takes. The filter takes me about 2 minutes to clean with the brush and the end of the brush is great for getting any debris out of the pulp shoot in the housing. All together it takes me about 4-5 minutes to clean; no exaggeration. Though it may take less or more time depending on what it is you juice. I usually do cucumbers, apples, turnips and turnip greens, Kale, garlic, ginger, parsley and lemon. Crushes it all like a dream. The manual says it can do wheatgrass and Almonds as well, but I haven't tried those things. There is very little foam in the juice and the pulp is nice and dry. This juicer also comes with an extra attachment for making deserts like frozen fruit treats and crushing ice. Really there is just nothing bad I can say about this juicer. It's perfect. The only thing missing is that it doesn't chill the juice for you! As no juicer has yet been invented that can do that, I just place the juice in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to get it nice and chilled before drinking. Update: Sept/20/2014 I recently started using the blank strainer to make sorbet deserts. OMG- Delicious! It doesn't seem to matter what kind of froze fruits you put in - banana, strawberry, mango, cherries, etc.... It all comes out tasting like the best sorbet icecream you've ever had! The juicer continues to work great. The only issue I've had is with the pusher. I washed it in the dishwasher (as I often do with all the parts), but for some reason the pusher expanded permanently while in the dishwasher and it warped in such a way that it no longer fits in the shoot. I contacted Kuvings about a replacement and am still waiting to hear back from them. I guess the lesson here is- don't put the pusher in the dishwasher.

Nice juicer.
First of all go for 20000/- seller knowing that he is not giving SORBET MAKER as it is said on the page. About juicer the taste really is better than normal juicers, quality is better too. Best part is you can juice everything in a go. So I do like it. It's kind of silent if you compare with regular juicers.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!
This is by far the best juicer I have ever used. I honestly have nothing bad to say about it. if you are juicing wheatgrass I find it easiest to push a granny smith through at the same time and you get the most amazing wheatgrass shot. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to clean up. I know you can push things through whole but I usually cut most things up into at least a couple of pieces so that I can alternate them in the machine and have had no clogs as yet. I have to say that one of my favorite things is that the pulp comes out into an external bin so there is no more stopping half way through juicing and cleaning out the machine because it is full. Love this machine. Worth every penny!!!!

It is easy to operate
I have been using Kuvings Whole slow juicer regularly and it really works well. The juices are so fresh that you actually feel you are eating it whole. It is easy to operate, easy to clean. Very happy with this investment.

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer B6000S a Hit
I have had a juicer for 25 years. Last year I chose a beautiful red Kuvings juicer as a gift for my son's wedding. He and his wife loved it. When I tried it out, I discovered that it was so much easier to use and to clean than my old workhorse juicer, that I decided to give the old one away and buy a new Kuvings. In the meantime, they had come out with a model featuring a much larger feed tube. This made the operation as perfectly smooth as you could possibly get, clean-up is a breeze compared to other models, and the juice itself is superior. There's nothing more to be said about the quality of this machine except for its durability and warranty service, which, since it is so newly on the market, remains to be seen. Here's hoping the quality in this product holds all the way down the line...

The strong motor easily grinds and crushes through everything
Have used it every day since I received it 2 weeks ago. The strong motor easily grinds and crushes through everything! Love the wide mouth, and the overall compact form. The machine is quieter than the sound of the contents inside it snapping and crunching their way through the auger. I've never felt healthier 'drinking' my vegetables and fruit. The wild deer in our backyard green space now come on command when I treat them with some yummy left over pulp too! A great product worth the money.
