Not as sturdy as I’d like

The design of this is super straight forward - much like all of the other hand and bath towel racks. I just wish it were a little sturdier! I tried really hard to make it immovable but it was always just a little wobbly. Other than that, the install was simple and straightforward and makes a great addition to my bathroom!

Not the Sturdiest

Love the look. Great finish. Just not the sturdiest. I would not recommend it if you have kids in the house.

"Kohler K-27291-CP Elate Towel Hook" was easy to install. A bit pricey for just a hand towel arm, but I was using a towel stand before....and this frees up so much counter space. Worth it.

mounting sucks

dump the mount screws go pick up some big counter sink screws and lock that sucker in the place .. obviously alignment is crucial because its a one and done sort of approach. measure twice cut once or just measure a bunch of times but get that screw exactly where you want it(please hit the stud or nothing).. once your done then tighten the nut on the back as much as you can with out striping it, then metal epoxy the nut in place. let dry and install.. it will never sage and move again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! consider this 57built!!!

Useless

These are useless. Over time they droop at the unsupported end, and there is no way to correct that.
