Originally I was planning on taking this in, like all the other low flow shower heads, and drilling out the little washer that impedes flow. This would effectively put my shower head twenty years in the past when showers were pleasureable as a great torent of water would Cascade down your back like Niagra. Well, color me surprised when I decided to just try this shower head out as designed. I don't know how they did it, but somehow this thing actually works as a shower head. It produces nice big drops of water and I find I can rinse myself off in a reasonable amount of time. It produces a large enough pattern as well that I do not find I have to dance fr side to side in order for part of me not to get cold. Over a month of use, and I have been able to resist the urge to 'modify' the design. Is it just like those old shower heads you would find in the old days of any decent hotel? No. But it is surprisingly good at what it's job is supposed to be.

Wow. Worth the $$$...

After looking for a new showerhead and stumbling upon this option by chance, it appears I'll be putting more of these in my Amazon cart. An upgrade from an okay-pressure/blah showerhead to this one contrasts like night and day. I absolutely love the "large drops" that envelop you in the shower. I highly recommend this showerhead!

I bought this for one bathroom shower and liked it enough to buy another for a second bath shower

I purchased this shower head a few years ago and liked it enough to replace the one i a second shower I am fortunate enough to have with the identical shower head. It is easy to install. I Ike the wide covered shower stream and it’s clean simple design and well made.

Mislabeled boxes!

Amazon’s current batch of brushed nickel shower heads in this style are mislabeled on exterior box as sealed and labeled by Kohler. I ordered four different units of brushed nickel—all four boxes said such on exterior—but the contents are oil rubbed bronze. Beware, I’m tired of dealing with replacements and went with a different head despite having had the chrome one for over 6 years and really liking it.

Excellent

This shower head is great. Easy to install and looks hefty and well made. I was going to undo and take out the regulator since I usually like a pressure shower, but decided to try it as is. It really feels great; the water comes out in (what feels like) bigger rain drops ...and is very enjoyable. The area of disbursement is also just perfect! As far as noise goes, if I had not read the previous reviewers comments about the loudness, I would not have noticed! It just sounds like heavy rain !!!

Wow- this shower head is great.

I never thought I would bother to rate a shower head, but this one is great. Pros: - Not as deep as other similar shower heads, do good in tighter spaces - No leaks or dripping - Great nozzle pattern. - The air induction technology works. I thought it was all marketing BS until I installed and used it. The stream seems "fuller"- more substantial. It also seems to have a bit more pressure behind it. Each jet also has a bid of a messaging feel to it rather than a simple stream of water, so it actually feels better on your body. Con: - It is noticably noisier than a normal showere head. You can hear the air being sucked in a mixed with the water. Its not annoyingly loud or funny sounding, just noticable. Neither: - You only have one style of stream. Thats a plus for me, since I only like the general spray, but if you are looking for massage action, look elsewhere.

Freakin' fantastic

This shower head is awesome. It was a snap to install (make sure to have teflon tape and a decent wrench). It looks very high end with a wide head. It's not too wide, but just wide enough. Some of the reviewers stated that it makes a lot of noise or is loud. It does make a sound of rushing air. but it's nothing ridiculous. The shower pressure that it creates is perfect and i think it is also lower flow to conserve resources. But, you would never know. It feels like a hotel shower. For the price is it is well worth it. My wife loves it, so that is all that matters. Oh, and amazon has the best price out there. Other places may be a dollar or two cheaper, but you make that up in shipping costs.

nice product but couldn't use it-awful return process

There is nothing wrong with this product-just didn't work for our application. Had to return and use the new system where you take the item to Kohl's Department Store. Waited in line and then the QR code scanning device that Amazon provides wasn't working. Whole process took about 15 minutes of waiting because of equipment malfunction. This was not the clerks fault at all. It is a very inconvenient and frustrating new method to make returns and my Amazon shopping days are over.
