Hvac must have
This is essential in my a/c bag of tools. Be careful not to over tighten the schrader valves because with this big handle screwdriver you can easily put too much force into those weak little valves!

Quality tool and great value
I received this as a gift after having it on my wish list for a while. I use this at work regularly and being a quality tool it holds up. I would highly recommend this tool (and manufacturer) to anyone looking for a quality tool for a good price.

Great Tool, just not lasting a lifetime
I love Klein tools. They make great tools, and a lot of them are made to last a lifetime. This tool is a great tool, but it’s not one for a lifetime. The parts on this 11-1 wear out pretty quick. I work as a Maintenance Tech and I keep this in my pocket at work and it gets used on almost every maintenance call. One minute I might be fixing at an A/C, next it’s a dishwasher, or disposal, I never know what to expect and this driver rolls with the punches. Sometimes it is the only tool I need to do a job, but it is not perfect. It has a tendency to roll around when you lay it down (which is how I lost my first one of the two I’ve owned), the bits have a tendency to rust, the slotted bits don’t hold up they always end up getting a twist in them. The metal the bits are made of is really soft and aren’t made to last. Also the two metal inserts that hold the bits and act as 1/4 nut drivers sometimes come loose inside the handle. Not a deal breaker but is annoying if carried in a pocket. The smaller of the two metal inserts is really weak as a nut driver. Ive broken one of those inserts that way. I get about 8 months to a year of regular use before I need a new bits or steel inserts and you can get those on Amazon. So you will be buying bits for this 11-1 regularly, and sometimes metal inserts, and if you’re cool with that than get this tool. It is an amazing 11-1, but I’m giving the 11-1 made by Wiha a try. Never had anything made by wiha, but heard good things. Reviews even specificity mention bit life being better than the Klein. So fingers crossed.

Surprisingly useful
For the past (I don't know how long) I've tried to get as many everyday tools as I can into my work trousers and jacket, insulated interchangeable screwdriver pouch, socket set, meter - it's almost guaranteed the one time I'm climbing roof ladders I'll forget one of them. So the transition to this single screwdriver left me ominous to say the least, it's incredibly well made and the bits supplied (unlike my insulated screwdrivers) seem capable of dealing with difficult screws. It took me a while to work out where everything was, for the first few days I found myself switching and clicking through every conceivable option looking for the one bit I wanted - I even found myself confuddled by the 11 in 1 idea until I counted each item (sockets being part of the main bar) and what do you know they were telling the truth... By day 3 of looking slightly stupid, knowing where everything is became second nature. As a refrigeration service engineer I rely on good quality, reasonably priced tools; if it's not in my pocket it's just got a habit of going missing so leaving my tool bag alone really hasn't become a option anymore. Everything fits well, the bits don't fall out and I have complete faith that they're not about to snap or round off in 5 minutes of use. Not entirely sure if this is magnetic, it doesn't appear to be!? Final thoughts - if you're as fed up as I am of trying to fit screwdrivers and socket sets in your work pockets and you need something that's capable of unscrewing panels to carry out initial checks and fault inspections it's more than capable. It may not replace your entire tool bag but after replacing mine 3 times over from those who like to borrow things without putting it back, this is a welcome addition to my everyday service kit.

Klien, enough said. Amazing hvac tool. Bit on the pricey side but well worth the money. You can also get spare bits for this model if needed.
