Nice driver

Good brand. Has good heft to it. I like the extendable shank and the handle/grip has good feel in my hand. It appears to be well made. A little expensive but sometimes you've got to spend more for good quality.

Bit holder issue

Awesome tool but the bit holder in the handle doesn’t secure the bits enough- often times I open it, the bits proceed to scatter all over the ground. Amazing tool though, compact and the versatility is a must for mobile repair work.

Nice quality

I have to hide this from my hubby. I now can find the right bit when I need it. He has lost so many screwdrivers and bits. I had to put all the hinges back on my freshly painted kitchen cupboards. Over 80 screws out and then back in. Perfect and easy on my hands. An electric screwdriver would not have worked on the antique hinges and screws. Love this purchase.

Update: Super poorly made! This is not construction grade. Be warned.

Update: at 86 days, the backer inside of the handle came loose, causing half the bits to slide into the handle. So beyond sounding like a maraca, the handle wouldn’t close anymore. Returned, buying something else. This is way below my expectations for Klein. Beginning to think they’ve gone the way of everyone else peddling cheap garbage. Do not buy. First off, decent driver. The tool functionals exactly as you'd want. The issue it has however is a big one. Due to the hollow handle for bit holding, the structure is super flexible. If I cranked this too hard on a seized screw it would break. The plastic is loose and creaky. That said, it's ok. I bought this for having more bits on hand, and a variable length. Game changer for my work. The shaft being able to be removed and use in my impact is outstanding. This tool will break, but I don't blame it, and I will happily replace it when that happens.

Buenos materiales, Mecanismo frágil

La idea es buena , sin embargo, en mi caso, al primer uso se atascó la parte del “tambor” donde guarda las puntas, ya que trae una base que en teoría sirve para que las puntas no se muevan de su sitio cuando se abre y se cierra el compartimento (tambor) en mi caso, al primer uso, una de las puntas se “cayó” al cuerpo del desarmador(quedó dentro del mango) y es muy frustrante tener que sacarla y acomodarla , no creo que sea para uso frecuente mucho menos rudo , y por este precio ($696.00 MXN 24/01/22) creo qué hay mejores opciones, la idea de este mecanismo de selector y almacenamiento de puntas es interesante, pero creo que tendría que mejorar , por que al pagar este precio por un desarmador , se esperaría una herramienta robusta y funcional .

Problem with the bits flying out of it’s own holder.

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because if you pull down on bit holder to show all the bits all your bits just fly out of there holders and it’s very annoying. I’ve done that twice now and lost 2 bits. I’m honestly not even trying to make the bits fly out, it’s as if the holder with all the bits is latched in somehow so if I tried to open it slowly I couldn’t because I would have to get past that latched point which requires a lot of downforce and as soon as you break that latched point the force of pulling the holder still follows through as it comes down and slams down which makes all the bits fly out. Thankfully I have extra Milwaukee bits I bought. Imagine being at timed job at some snowy area or at a field or even just working outside and having this screwdriver with you. You grab this handy dandy multi screwdriver and you go to unscrew something, and you see that you have the wrong bit on the end of your screwdriver. So you go to open your bit holder and every single one of your bits go flying everywhere. And now all your bits are hiden in the grass or snow. So now you have to rely on your screwdrivers. Now when you get back home you have to find new bits or buy new bits that’ll replace all the bits you lost.

robusto y con buen diseño

no soy fan de la marca pero me estan sorprendiendo con algunas herramientas como esta. Su mando engomado se siente fuerte y muy comodo, la forma de guardar las puntas es lo mejor porque al no tener ganchos, no se desgasta con el uso. El diseño telescopico es muy util para usarlo en diferentes lugares, el iman para sostener las puntas tambien sostienen con fuerza los tornillos, el bastago se puede usar en atornilladores electricos.

Do not drop this tool!

This is the most frustrating tool I own because I love it and use it everyday as a security technician but can not stand the lack of attention to detail and quality in some KEY areas. Firstly the bit holders are too loose and bits have a tendency to slide out of the holder. Hence why I put some sikaflex between them to mitigate that (refer photo). Secondly and worst of all is the ring behind the bit holder (refer photo), if the tool is dropped this piece will disconnect and allow all your bits to fall back in to the handle. This is an unforgivable design flaw. I have had two do this. I have ordered a third and am going to put some serious glue to hold this piece before putting it in the toolbag. This is not information to disregard. If you are reading this review it will happen if you drop it from more than 3 feet. Thirdly the rubber on the handle is pretty thin and has a tendency to move around if putting any significant torque on it. This happens more over the life of the tool. I know this isn't PB swiss pricing but it should be better. To reiterate it is feature wise FANTASTIC but let down by some poor design and or QC.
