Mine was missing the Welsh plug. Ended up reusing ...

Mine was missing the Welsh plug. Ended up reusing my original with some RTV. It also doesn't come with base gaskets, air cleaner gasket, or intake manifold gaskets. Not quite a complete kit.

Overhaul Kit

I only used the gasket and a a few seals to rebuild the carburetor. It seems to work fine although I have a few parts left over.
