Great Value
Bought this motor "used like new" for around $35. It came with the rubber rings and it looked brand new. Its been 2 weeks or so since installing it and works great! Dishwasher is finally quiet and works like new. Worth it.

Easy enough to replace on your own and far cheaper than a new dishwasher.
The media could not be loaded. Amazing difference from the failing motor that finally died and this replacement. It's night and day difference. This runs so much quieter I can't tell it's running from my bedroom or office anymore. The original motor started getting louder about 15 months ago but still did it's job, just louder. I checked to make sure there was no foreign materials or debris inside and it was clear so the motor going out was the suspected issue. Surprisingly it made it another 14 months before giving up. Installation was rather simple once the dishwasher was disconnected from power, water and drainage and out of the cabinet space. I laid it on its back and there were just 2 screws for the retainer bracket and 1 power connection to remove the old motor. I lubed up the new one with some rinse agent and push it securely in place replacing the bracket and power. I turned the tub upright again and partially filled some some into the tub and checked for leaks and pushed in back in place and reconnected everything and it started right up at maybe 20% of the noise it was an hour before. Very happy with the replacement and the ease of access to do this myself over paying a few hundred to repair or a little more to replace it. Hope I get another 11 years out of it.

Great part, easy fix.
Great timing - our dishwasher (Frigidaire) broke down Christmas day. The day after, after driving 15 miles across town to a store who's online page said they had this part in stock, I arrived only to discover that I would have to wait for it to be delivered. They lied. After I complained the clerk told me I should be nicer around Christmas, which I thought I was, but I took note and was nice enough to leave without buying anything and I went home and ordered this here. I wonder how long her job and her company will last, as it's name rhymes with Tears. Here's the deal. Mine arrived a day SOONER than promised. It's somewhere between a 10 minute and 30 minute job depending on how handy you are and how much crap you have stored under your sink. Steps: 1- Go to your panel and switch off the breaker that controls your dishwasher 2- Pull all the junk out from under your sink and turn off the water supply to the dishwasher, and empty the dishwasher 3- Remove the kick panel under the dishwasher (2 screws) 5- Open the little power box on the bottom right of the dishwasher and disconnect the three wires (black, white, and green) 6- Remove the two screws at the top of the dishwasher which connect it to the counter top 7- slide the dishwasher forward far enough (8-12 inches) to disconnect the water line into the dishwasher (lefty loosie) 8- Disconnect the dishwasher drain hose from the disposal 9- Carefully drag the dishwasher out from the cabinets, roll it onto it's back, and clean up any water spilled on the floor 10- Look for the motor and disconnect the power supply. It has an idiot proof connector so just squeeze and pull. 11- With a torx bit, two screws holding in the retaining bracket, then remove the metal bracket holding in the old motor 12- Slide the old motor out, and do a final comparison to the new one going in. If it's the same, proceed. If it's different apologize to your husband for telling him you had it all figured out, slide the dishwasher back into the cabinet, reconnect the drain hose to the disposal so it doesn't leak all over the place, and tell your hubby to make due until the right part arrives as you send this one back. 13- Use some liquid dish soap to clean out the housing for the motor, and to lube the two new O rings that need to go on the new motor. 14- Stick the new motor in the housing (gently so as not to disturb the O rings), and when it is fully seated, re-install the retaining bracket 15- Follow steps 12-1 backwards. 16- Test it out, then make your hubby take you out to dinner for fixing the machine and saving the cost of a new one 17- If you swore anywhere along the way you probably owe him makeup sex. I have only been using this new part for a day. I will try to remember to re-post in a while to report on the durability of the motor.

It was a perfect fit, matched the old pump exactly.
This was definitely worth the money. The old pump was making alot of noise, replacing it with this one made everything quiet like the dishwasher was brand new.

Perfect Replacement for Loudly Grinding Motor
This was the perfect replacement for the four-year-old motor that had begun grinding very loudly all through the wash cycle. All it required was a Phillips-head screwdriver and a T20 Torx bit (best if you have it on a ratchet so you can work in a tighter space). I followed the video from another parts supplier but instead of disconnecting the dishwasher supply and drain, I just pulled the dishwasher straight out and tipped it back at a 45-degree angle. Then it was just a matter of removing the T20 Torx head bolts holding the motor clip, removing the clip, and then removing the motor. Next, clean out the opening, apply dish soap to the new o-rings on the new motor, and pop it in without turning it. Put the clip back on, replace the T20 Torx head bolts, and put the dishwasher back in place. ** The ONLY complaint is Amazon Shipping/Pricing BS ** I placed the order on Saturday, September 21st and it showed "not in stock, expected September 24th with delivery on the 26th. Not ideal but fine as it was $34 cheaper than the other parts supplier. I checked the order on Sunday and it then showing promised delivery on the 27th. They keep doing this crap and I'm getting tired of it. I went to the product page and it then indicated there were now 15 units in stock with next day delivery. They somehow had gotten stock that they wouldn't ship to me. Oh, and the price had increased by $11. I needed the part ASAP so I canceled the lower price, later motor and re-ordered the higher-priced next day motor. I got what I needed but this is the kind of shady dealings that makes me want to move away from using Amazon so much.
