Not The Perfect System
Sometimes it worked ... most times it didn't. Too many negative variables. After we washed the glass using the Unger Tablets and water solution we noticed that there were smears present. If you are considering this purchase I would highly recommend using this cleaning system with pure water ( 0 TDS ) The problem with most cleaning systems is the mixture. When hard water is present, it can be difficult to avoid surface residual or smears, especially while working in direct sunlight. Update: The bottle and spray system leaks too much. I have gone through 2 Unger bottles already as the thread count on the bottle is only 2 and the thickness of the plastic threads are so thin and brittle that it does not take long before it breaks. I have also had to purchase a new pump sprayer as mine broke. I am going you have to replace the Unger velcro strips one the mop head because they have failed to stay on and have deteriorated early. Also, I wish I didn't have to use a separate adapter for this mop head to fit onto the Unger threads. Alternating between the Unger thread adapters is not proficient enough for me. For a commercial indoor cleaning system, I need something better than this. Something well made and built to last many cleans. Huge user of Unger Cleaning Tools but I this one missed the mark.

This kit is nice enough. The cleaning cloths and extension pole are fine and well made. Not sure I'll ever use the belt attachable spray bottle, but that's o.k. What isn't o.k., is that there is a piece missing from the kit. Clearly on the box, it shows an item called a "HiFlo" thread adapter. This item is needed if you are going to be trying to attach a recommended cobweb brush to the extension pole. THIS THREAD ADAPTER DOES NOT COME WITH THE KIT. Amazon even sent me a second kit, free of charge, and the adapter was not in it. This is a manufacturing error for whoever is putting the kits together. AND I have found no way of purchasing this adapter separately. So - now I have a cobweb brush head that I cannot use with the item recommended for it. Very disappointed with Amazon just wanting to through more money at the problem instead of trying to fix it. If you're only going to clean windows, this product is fine. If you need to use a cobweb brush head, don't bother ordering this and don't order the recommended brush head separately as you won't be able to use it with this kit.

I have to first say that my husband used this item, not me--but he found it to be pretty decent. Not perfect, when you have high windows inside this was a great way to reach them, avoid a drippy mess, and have windows be "pretty clean"--not spotless, but then the good news was he wasn't dragging around a heavy ladder and climbing up and down. He was happy with the compromise. I wish we had been more aware that the cleaning solution did not come with it but he used a vinegar and water solution which is our go-to for cleaning windows. All-in-all a pretty good experience.

the pole was excellent reached very high
as this is advertised as leaving your windows streak free it did not I also purchased the cleaner and my windows look worse then before however the pole was exactly what I need it reached the height that I needed it to reach neither pad worked on the windows it just pushed the dirt around

Unger System Is Terrific!
This is a great product for high difficult to reach windows. Doesn't do a perfect job but is the best product I've found in 16 years of trying everything. The swivel head is fabulous. Also, the Unger cleaning solution is first rate, better than any over the counter products. Be sure to mix the concentrate with distilled water as recommended. Highly recommend.

The pads work okay. Not near as clean as a squeegee but I was most disappointed when the velcro pad came off the pad holder after the first use. This works on windows that are cleaned more regularly.

This is my second set. The velcro came apart from the pad holder in the first set after multiple uses so I've superglued it back together, but even if it doesn't hold I shall just buy the pad holder separately as this is a must have in my business.

Recommended to me as good window cleaner it is excellent!
Unger window cleaning was recommended to me from a person in commercial cleaning business. It is the 'window cleaning to buy'. Wish had that for cleaning my home widows as well. It is light weight reaches all the corners doesn'leave streaks the cloth comes in two types. The first takes the debris and the second gives the last clean and shine. Very pleased with the purchase. I wrote this because I was looking for a good window cleaner and glad it was recommeneded to me I like to help for those in cleaning business looking for an excellent window cleaner this is the one.
