Failed after one year

This soap dispenser seemed like great quality at first, and it looks great, but it failed just after one year with normal use. The metal has actually worn away in the area where the soap comes out. Very disappointed in the quality of this item. Contacted the manufacturer and they offer NO warranty on their soap dispensers. Also, to refill this, you have to unscrew the container underneath the counter, which is a pain. Our last one was refillable from the top which I preferred. I would go with another brand for a soap dispenser.

Kingston Brass — BE CAREFUL!

Ordered 2 Milano Soap Dispensers - both LOOKED great, BUT one was missing a small “o ring” part on the bottom of the pump handle and THAT dispenser, therefore, didn’t work at all! Called the “Support” desk at “Kingston Brass” to request the missing part. Was told they didn’t have parts readily available & Kingston Brass DOESN’T warrant it’s Soap Dispensers!! This DESPITE the statement at purchase “Kingston Brass covers the product against defects ... for 10 years from the purchase date”!

Try it as soon as you get it, 30 days and you cannot return!

Bought this April 4 2018, and, of course, Our counter-tops could not be installed until the deadline for returns, exactly one month later, May 4th. And yet again, of course, the product we received is junk! Does not hold the suction for longer than an hour! You must pump it like crazy, for a couple of minutes, or hold your finger over the up-stroke only, and then the soap will come up after about 20-30 pumps. Ridiculous that this has only a 30 day return policy! Very disappointed in the quality of a $38 soap dispenser!!!!

nice high quality, don't like that you have to disassemble to refill with soap or unscrew the bottle from under the sink to refill with soap.

Nice high-capacity soap container as well

Solid brass construction with extra long rich and mounting threads for thick counter-tops. Nice high-capacity soap container as well. Fill soap from the bottom. Must unscrew container to fill the soap. I like over all .Highly recommended
