Updated my review and would purchase again

I purchased this faucet and paid my plumber to install it. After installation, I noticed a drip coming from the faucet. Plumber told me it was the product, so I emailed Kingston and they sent me two new parts to replace their defective parts causing the drip. One major problem, I don't know how to replace the parts myself, so I'm stuck. I called and spoke to Jorge, and he proceeded to tell me it's my responsibility to have them replaced and that "Was I expecting someone from Kingston to come out and fix it?" I mentioned I didn't feel that I should have to pay a plumber to return to fix their defective parts. He referred me (and by doing so, spoke to me as if I were a five year-old) to the warranty, and the fact that they're not responsible for labor. Going back to this page, the warranty is not listed for this product, apparently you have to request it in advance and wait. Why did I think there wouldn't be a problem with this product and that their customer "service" would gladly take responsibility? The faucet is beautiful, but I'll never purchase anything from this company again. *******EDITED****** So, it's been two years since we've had our faucet and it really is beautiful and perfect for our vintage kitchen. The sprayer just stopped working and we contacted Kingston and Jorge once again handled our situation. He said it was the diverter and proceeded to send us another one right away. Perhaps he rubbed me the wrong way initially, but everything seemed fine this time. Once we found the tool we needed to complete the task, we did and the faucet is behaving beyond perfect. Not a lot of vintage options for the price, so go ahead and purchase knowing they do stand behind their warranty.

Couple of defects......

So a couple of things.... after reading the reviews of leaking etc. I still chose to try this faucet because of the limited style choices for wall mount available. This is very cool looking so I wanted it to work!! After installation we noticed it's spout to be slightly crooked. Nothing we can do by tightening to fix. It is crooked by defect, welded that way. Also we ordered nickel finish and the handles appear to be a shinier finish different from the rest of the faucet. And yes it is leaking from the back hot water connection. Booo! My hubby tried a few times to tighten and we just cannot deal anymore so there is a bucket under the sink. Luckily it is only a few drops at a time. But still! Who wants to have to HAVE a bucket under the sink at all times. Ugh! As for the faucet neck I will contact Kingston to see if they can give a replacement. Should just screw right on. I keep it to the side for now so it's not as noticeable. Wish they could come up with a better water tight solution. Seems many people have the same leaking issues. Beautiful faucet though....

The side sprayer, sprays really wide.

Great quality and easy to install. But we dont like the sprayer. It has a really wide spray pattern and you cant adjust it.

Nice faucet

Even though it is a nice faucet, I sent it back. I didn't want to have to deal with moving any water pipes to the wall.
