Ok for price

The title says Kingston BRASS which give an impression that it is make of brass. It is plastic. I did not remember reading in the description that is was plastic. I find that many time these plastic bracket will brake and does not hold up as well as a solid brass unit. If you are looking for quick fix this would work. Just think plastic is over priced.

It Works, But…

We have a Kingston Brass hand-held shower and while this wall mount is compatible, it’s made of plastic and we have no idea how long it will last.

Works

Feels like cheap plastic when you are installing it but you can't tell once it is installed. Holds the shower head like it is supposed to and it looks good after an easy installation.

Kingston Brass Wall Mount Bracket K175A2

I bought this wall mount for the Kingston Brass K105A Polished Brass hand shower (wand) and Kingston Brass ABT1030A2 Vintage brass shower hose. It's not solid brass as I had wanted to get, but it looks beautiful and supports the weight of the solid brass wand nicely. Only time will tell how well it holds up. I think it's also a little pricey for being plastic, but it was the only one I could find that would fit the particular hand shower I had.

I like it

It's as pictured and I mounted mine with double-sided foam tape by 3M. It's nice to have a second place to hang the shower head while you wash your other parts.

Plastic, and it shows.

This shower wall mount bracket is priced like a all metal, chromed brass bracket, but has none of the durability, quality, or fit or finish of a good metal piece. I tried two different handheld showers and neither would fit into this bracket. If I forced either in the rear hole, neither would seat or hold properly. If fitted into the front hole, both handheld showers fell out because the plastic is too flexible with its open front to hold anything weighing over one pound. When trying to find a position where one handheld shower just might just possibly work in the bracket, the chrome layer over the plastic bracket on the top right side cracked and peeled. I had not mounted it yet on my tub enclosure, but was just testing the fit right out of the package. Please do not waste any of your money or time on this flimsy piece of plastic.
