Good quality, but doesn't fit my 4" pipe.

This installed easily, but it won't go all the way to the end of the supply nipple from the wall, so there is a gap. It is supposed to fit a 4" pipe, but it doesn't work for me. The included attachments aren't able to remedy the fit problem. I may have to cut the supply pipe shorter, but another reviewer said it still wouldn't screw in far enough. I'm hoping to find a trim piece to cover the gap. But if it fits your supply pipe, it's a good buy. I wish there was a spout for the older supply nippples.

Very Easy to Install, Should fit Almost all Pipes

I had one of those fat 3/4 pipes, which I realized is not that easy to find a replacement spout with a diverter, most of the good and nice ones are 1/2. his spout install on a 3/4 pipe without any of the adapters it brings, just screw by hand and done in a minute or so. But with all the adapters, I take it can be used in almost all circumstances Good quality, looks sturdy although a tad thinner and lighter than the 10 year old leaky spout it was replacing. It could be new materials or it could be lesser quality, time will tell. But the thread and the insides looked well done and machined. The diverter valve is plastic though (the body, the lever is metal like the rest of the spout) It made a few sounds and leaked a tiny stream of water just after installation. I was going to reinstall it or return it but after a few days it seems it settled and the noise and the leak disappeared. Working fine since then

Bought as a replacement for a spout with faulty diverter; works relatively well

I bought this to replace an old spout which would not properly divert the water when showering. The pipe on my wall stuck out 4 inches and was 3/4 inches in diameter, threaded. This fits that dimension perfectly, even though I was worried it might not. It was extremely easy to install and worked like a charm for a few weeks. However, it now sometimes fails to divert the water, requiring me to push the little pin back down and up.

Not for 3/4" front threaded!

This was not as indicated; at least not for me. It is front threaded, but only as 1/2". I need a 3/4" front threaded, and there is no way to make this work for that. Unfortunately, the box and packaging had been thrown away before discovering this, so there was no way to return it. Looks like a well-made product if you need a 1/2" front threaded.

Seems to drip a little when the shower is engaged. The color is a little lighter than our other oil rubbed bronze fixtures as well.

Excellent replacement part

Worked great and doesn't leak in shower mode. I have an older tub and faucet (circa 1950) so I had to buy a short length of pie to make it work. Two dollars to make it fit perfectly was well worth it. Much better than the original that I had before. With all the parts you get it should work with almost any setup.

Had a lot of trouble finding a spout that would fit the 3/4'' pipes in my bathrooms. This one did the trick! Screwed right on without the need of any adapters and works great. No leaks when using the diverter, delivers full pressure to the shower head.
