Beautiful, functional

This review is after one week of having the toy box bench so I can't speak to the durability. However, the craftsmanship is beautiful. The color matches the pictures. The corners are all rounded and the surfaces all nice and smooth. The struts hold the lid open nicely, and do not take too much effort to overcome in order to close it. No snapping closed on little fingers! The capacity is perfect. I put two fabric containers inside to segment the inside and they fit wonderfully. I hope the durability lasts so this toy box bench will be a staple in our house for years. Perfect first birthday present that is useful and also special

Worth the money.

My daughter asked me to but a toy box for my granddaughter for her 1at birthday. I chose this one because it's style fit with they're other items. My daughter started putting it together but then feigned it was to hard - so her hubby would do it. LOL. They've been using it since October 2021 and the granddaughter has opened, closed, beat and climbed on it. And it's as good now as it was on it's first day. My daughter's only complaint is that they shouldn't have installed the wheels. Because granddaughter likes to push it around the room. In my opinion this is a beautiful chest that seems like it will do it job for many years to come.

Good quality - Nice toybox

Bought this to store toys for our grandchild in our loft. I received it and assembled it yestertday. - Assembly: Good universal pictorial instructions with references to numbers and letters for the various parts which were easy to identify. Even included a set of extra screws and dowels so that was a nice touch. The construction is screws into receiving metal inserts and dowels so this combination is relatively easy to assemble with the tools provided. The only extra tool you will need is a philips head screwdriver. The reviewer that claimed to assemble this in 15 minutes must be an assembly guru. I have a degree in engineering and am relatively handy and it took me 45 mins. No way for 15 min assembly unless you did one before. -Quality: I am pleased with the quality. The stain looks nice and it seems fairly sturdy. They advertise this as rubber wood. While some of the sides are this, there is also some particle board laminated All-in-all, a nice looking toybox that looks good in my loft.

Exactly what I was looking for

I bought this for my granddaughter's 1st birthday. It was perfect. I bought it so she would have somewhere to store her toys in the family room. It looks so nice and goes with the other wooden furniture. She has no problems opening and closing it. I love that I don't have to worry about her getting her fingers smashed. If you follow the directions you can put it together in 30 minutes.

Cheap hinge assembly.

Good toy box but the hinge assembly is extremely cheap. One of the rivets broke a few months in. Another is about to break.

Arrived very well packed. Build quality and durability very good. Even my little son likes it from first day :) It was hard to make him clean all his toys after play. But After i assembled it he straight away put his all toys in it :)

Kids will love this toy chest

Such a lovely product. Goes well with our furniture and hides all the kids toys away. Quite expensive looking. Didnt take me long to make-just under an hour. Instructions were clear. A good buy and my kids are happy
