Runs small

I wear a size 13 shoe. My toes touch the front of the boot. 13 and a half might be good, 14 probably too big.

Best Boots I ever owned

I’ve had my first pair for about three years. I wore them in every kind of weather condition you could think of. They are my go to boots. I would trust them anywhere anytime. If I had to narrow my boots down to one pair for hiking or working, wet, snow, cold these would be it. Just ordered my second pair. I’m wearing the old ones right now ????

ok good to go very comfoprtable

These are my first KEENs they are very comfortable and hope they last. Ware a 9 1/2 and got a 9 1/2. My feet are very happy. These are pretty warm on your feet. Your legs and body will freeze before your feet. I'm impressed. I'll get more KEENS. I am dinging y'all a star for the they threading in the back is falling apart. Guess that what glue is for

Get your money’s worth!

I got about seven years out of the last pair before they broke down too much to be waterproofed any more.

Great Hiking Boots

These are the best fitting and most comfortable hiking boots I have ever owned. I have owed many different kinds. You can’t go wrong as far as I am concerned.

Worth Considering

Within their limits, I've found these to be pleasant winter boots. I like Keens in general because of the wide toe box and somewhat of a rocker sole, both of which are kind to my old arthritic toes. These are well padded, which adds to their comfort and warmth. The padding also makes them a bit sloppy, and I find they needed regular re-tightening as the padding packs down. They also run a bit large. I usually buy a wide width, and these are more than wide enough in the standard width. My 11D feels more like and 11 1/4EE. The soles are a softer compound than most hiking boots, which makes them better on ice and packed snow. So far they've been waterproof and warm and very comfortable. The trade off is mostly in less than rigid ankle support and in general sloppiness. I've found that Keen's quality control and construction is somewhat hit and miss, and I don't expect a particularly long life from these boots. I also own the Keen's Summit County III Winter Boots, which are very similar to these except taller and warmer and better for deep snow. The soles are a little different, but the rest of my review would be the same as for the Revel's. Both boots are a bit bulky and numb for driving, but not impossible. Good enough for my purposes.

Well Built

This boot has a solid construction. It is comfortable and tough enough for any hike. It is water proof and insulated so I don't have to worry about where I step. Very solid and sturdy with a comfortable sole.

Great fit for wide feet

Having tried on another pair of Keen boots in a store, I knew they were perfect for my wide feet. I have big calves and they are wide enough at the top as well. Best features: Extremely warm, wide and very comfortable. I have wide feet and bought a size 11, and I have to wear thick socks otherwise there will be too much movement inside the boot. So for more narrow footed people, I would buy half a size smaller if you are not sure. Grip is good and they did not need to be walked in first. If anything, the lacing is a bit fiddly and the top of the tongue pressed against my shin, but again, that is due to the space my calf takes up. No fault of the shoe. I bought these as I am going to Iceland and so far, I am very happy. Would definitely buy again.

Wonderful to find a new pair of Revel IIIs to replace my nine year old comfy pair

I have worn one pair of Men's Keen Revel IIIs for probably 9 years, possibly longer, every winter. They are the most comfortable winter boots I have ever worn. I have wide feet due to hereditary bunions, so it is very hard to find boots wide enough for me, even after trying on many styles of men's boots. Finally my Revel III's wore out this year. I tried a pair of Keen Revel IV, its successor, but they aren't wide enough. I was getting depressed about the apparent fact that the IIIs weren't available anymore, as Keen doesn't advertise them, when suddenly, upon opening my browser, Amazon was offering me a pair of Revel IIIs in my size and colour! It was like a Christmas miracle. They shipped quickly, and before the big snowfall just before Christmas I was able to wear my new pair. Same great fit , warmth, waterproofness and grip on ice. I am looking forward to many years of comfy feet. (By the way, I also wear them in the winter when I'm teaching indoors, and they don't overheat my feet, if I am wearing thin Icebreaker socks.)

Brilliant buld

Brilliant very happy My first weekend out with them have done about 15 miles in then very comfortable and no water came in so they are water proof seem to be made of very good material. Would highly recommend.
