Works great

The wand works great. I just wish that they would last longer. This is the third one that I have bought for this machine. I am guessing that they get plugged up with calcium, but when they are new they work great.

For a Karcher K3.68 the wand did not work but the nozzle did

I have a Karcher K3.68. I ordered this because the nozzle no longer put out a round pattern. When I got it I found that the wand would not extend fully into the gun. This meant it would not twist and lock into position. I noticed that the nozzle looked identical to the one I had. I had already unscrewed the nozzle off of what I had. So, I carefully unscrewed the new nozzle and put it on my existing want. And, it worked perfectly. This wand says it is a DB 180. Apparently what I have is a DB 120. So, there are some subtle differences. Apparently I only needed the nozzle but all is well.

I wish you could make one with a metal tip with better durability. Tbe plastic ones work well for a few jobs, then begin to stop spinning eventually

Did not fit my older Karcher 3.68m

This is the second wand sent to me the first was a Vario power spray wand sent by mistake. The UPC label was the correct number but the wand was not. The second one I received did not fit my model k3.68M even though the description states it will fit k2-k5 model Karcher pressure washers. The sleeve that it came in describes that you need an adapter ( M2.643-950.0) for models made from 1990-2008. This should have been in the description. I was able to use mine by removing the spray head off of the old one and screwing the new head on the old wand. The old one stop doing a 360 spray pattern. I gave 3 stars because it works this way. I only have done a test of a small part of my driveway.

Modified to fit

I bought this while on sale knowing that it may not fit my very old K3.48 model. I read that others were able to remove the head and attach it to thier old wand, so being a creative repairman I went ahead with my order. Once I received it I realized that all I needed to do to make the whole wand work was to remove part of the plastic at the top of the wand where it connects to the handle. See image showing where I cut the top plastic ring off. It fits and works perfectly on my old unit.
