Good

It’s the perfect fit for my yorkie, he loves it. It’s not too big and very lightweight. It is a little flimsy because it doesn’t have anything to lock the legs in place, but other than that it’s great.

Great material

What I like is that the material for the bed is soft, yet tough. My little guy, 13 lb chihuahua mix, loves to dig his bed before laying down. He hasn't hurt it a bit after a month or so. It fits great in his kennel. The best thing is that he LOVES it. As soon as I had put it together and set it on the floor, he jumped on it and laid down. The only thing I wish was different is the legs. I would like them to be about 4-5 inches, but as is still work great. Would highly recommend these beds and will be ordering another for my daughter's pit-mx pup that chews up all stuffed beds and blankets.

Great purchase

If you have a pet that loves to tear up their beds then this is the bed for you. My dachshund gets mad when we leave the house and will tear up a bed. Purchased this bed for him and he cannot destroy it. It comes apart very easily and you can throw it in the washer to clean it.

Nice looking, durable and kitty likes it.

I have purchased K and H products before and liked them, so when I was looking for a cot for my kitty, I decided to try this one. I adopted a new kitty from a shelter and it was spayed, so I have to restrict her movements while she heals. I was crating her in a large dog crate while I was a work, but she kept kicking litter all over her sleeping mat. At the shelter they were using pet cots similar to this, so I thought I would give it a shot. It is the perfect size to fit in the crate sideways and since it is elevated a few inches higher than the litter box it, greatly reduces the amount of litter she kicks onto it. Quality: the cot is just a simple frame from plastic tubing about 3/4-1" in diameter. The bedding part stretches over the frame and velcros. The bedding part is made up of nylon material with a soft padded area in the middle. The website states it is machine washable which will be nice, because the shelter sent the kitty home with a cold. The cot has rubber no-skid feet on the ends of the pipe. I think the build quality seems durable enough to support a cat.The stitching and thickness of bedding material and nylon seems like it will be durable and last. I will update after washing the bedding part. Ease of Assembly: there were not instructions, but it is pretty self explanatory and super fast/easy to assemble. Functionality: My kitten seems to like it. The material stretches tight enough to make it easy for them to walk on and off. The velour like padding in the center makes a soft comfy area for them sleep. It provides a little elevation to get them off the ground away from drafts or cold floors. The other nice things is that you can purchase a replacement cot cover either in self warming for colder seasons or breathable for mesh to allow cooling during warmer seasons. Overall: I really like the cot in build quality, functionality and looks. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the corner pieces that hold the plastic tubing together rubber, so they are a little softer. That would also provide friction against rubber tubing to prevent it from sliding apart or twisting. I would definitely purchase this product again, or recommend this product to a friend.

EXTREMELY durable & flame retardant

My pup and my husband love this thing! Purchased as a camp bed for out pup to keep her off the ground, especially when we go winter camping in 20* weather. After a year of use I can say it has held up EXTREMELY well, with both my dog and my husband(this thing can support up to 250lbs!) using it to sit by the fire to keep warm. My husband often using this as his stool when our pup isn't using it. To sit and process wood, to cook, to hunker down under a tarp during downpours and it has stood up to his abuse better than I could have ever imagined. What a huge benefit I never expected! It has stood up to all kinds of weather & conditions camping nearly every single weekend and then some for the past year. From rain, to snow, to sand and extreme mud, this thing has neve let us down and holds up excellent in the washing machine one gentle/hand wash. I can also say that it is surprisingly flame retardant. Sometime after we had gone to bed one night, a large ember popped out of the fire 7 or so feet and landed on the bed. It smothered itself out and didn't even burn a hole all the way through! If somehow an act of god destroyed this, because that seems like what it would take, I would immediately buy a new one. And I highly recommend if you're in the market for a portable dog bed that you add this to your life.

Great for a cat or dog (up to 24#...

I originally bought this for my 4 month old Basenji puppy. She was absolutely pleased with it,... as a toy. She dragged it all over the place (it weighed more than her) I mean why would she want to lay on top of one of her toys. My older female Basenji (the puppy's mother) lays on a piece of wood that lets her watch what's going on outside. I put the raised bed on the board and she instantly got on it, and loves it. After all, it's a lot more comfy than laying on wood. The only thing I'd change would be the feet. They tend to slide some. It probably wouldn't be a problem with a cat, and I'd just watch it for my dog. It has slid off the edge of the wood (it only slides onto my bed), so I just watch it. For me this isn't an issue that would change my rating.

My cat didn't like it at all

I got this for my cats. Neither of them use it. At best, they'll go under it but never actually on it. It isn't sturdy. Maybe dogs would like it more.... UPDATE: Did I seriously pay $57 for this?? It's worth 7 bucks max. Don't get this. I can't give it away.

Great item overall.

Very easy to assemble. My dog is just over 7 lbs and it is perfect for him. The only thing, it could stand to be a tad bit taller. Also, one of the legs seems to fall off when I transport it. Aside for those things, he loves it. It is great to have out in the sun, so my dog can have some shade.

Great for small dogs!

Hubby had to shorten the legs a little, but the yorkie loves his new bed. Nice fuzzy surface, all he needs is a blanket to nest in. The bed just fit inside the kennel crate. Perfect!

Fits like a charm
