Great Entertainment

One of my budgie's favorite toys. He'll sit on the perch and just tap away, causing the mirrors to spin. He also enjoys talking to his reflection and giving it kisses. The toy seems sturdy and hasn't show any wear after weeks of daily playing.

It’s fun to read the funny reviews for this toy! I am a grandmother to a very cute budgie. I get to watch him at times. After reading the reviews of how great this toy is I just knew I had to get it for little Pez. We’ve only had it a week and he already is singing sweet little songs to this toy. And he is just starting to figure out how to make it spin. What a riot it is watching him! It calls for thinking on his behalf and because he is so smart I think this is a very good toy to keep him occupied. I really appreciate this company thinking of such a fun toy. It’s a winner!

Its exactly like the old one that came with my adopted bird ten years ago. So if this one lasts as long as the previous one he and I will be happy! It took him a while to accept it, but he loves it now. We call it his "car seat" or "baby carrier" lol....Good product, received when stated. Thank you.

Little Blue Budgie loves it, literally....

I don't mean to sound like a perv. here but my 14 yo blue budgie uses this mirror to do his business every morning.... sorry, yes its true.... If his secret lover is not in his cage clean and ready each morning he mopes around like someone kicked him in the budgies... the toy lasts about a year due to the extreme way he "mounts" the toy.. After he "finishes" he proceeds to attempt to feed the mirror with regurgitated seed the rest of the afternoon until i come home from work. At that time I put his secret lover into the sink for a cleaning. He sits there on the edge of the sink inspecting the whole process. He's definitely a riot. Outlived 4 partners.. The little blue bird rocks it.. yeah baby....

Somewhat disappointed.

I purchased this August 15th. Two months later it's broken. To be fair, it endured much loving attention. Still, I don't feel it should only last 2 months. I do like the toy and it's design. I hope they make it more sturdy as it's sharp broken edge could have cut my bird's foot if I didn't discover it quickly.

We're on our second one

My female african red belly parrot (a bossy beak!) loves this toy. Our first one lasted about five years until she decided she wanted to hold the mirror in her foot, and working at it for months finally managed to remove the spinning mirror from the cage attachment. Then of course, it was taken away from her. I was concerned that this toy would not stand up to a hookbill, but it lasted far longer than I ever thought, and we're on our second one. I would not recommend this for any bird larger than a conure, and keep an eye out for when/if they manage to separate any parts. It's all acrylic, durable, and safe-but once that mirror got pulled out I was no longer conmfortable with it being "in pieces". Highly recommended.

This is the coolest design and my bird likes it

I and my bird really like this item. It's a unique design and she likes to peck at it to make it turn. It took a while for her to figure it out. I had to spin it over several weeks for her to understand how it works but still love the design.

Budgie’s favourite toy!

My Mom had the identical toy for her budgie ten years ago, so when I recently adopted two surrendered budgies, it was to first toy I looked for. Found it only on Amazon. Budgies need stimulation and exercise to keep from getting bored, and this one holds their interest. The Activitoy line has some great options, but this is still their favourite.

Nice toy. Not as used as expected. The birds don’t seem to care much about it.
