Completely adjustable.

It has no preset indentations so it is completely adjustable. Great for liquid or dry measuring. I have used it for measuring gunpowder loads.

More flaws than features

My first adjustable spoon set was from Pampered Chef many years ago. It was incredibly functional, but I hated that it was cheap plastic, so I "upgraded" to a metal version. That one had a silicone edge (kinda like a door sweep) so it could be used for liquids and solids. I loved it until the silicone edge started giving out, which meant it no longer worked for liquids. Eventually, I needed to get another replacement. Enter this measuring spoon. I was reluctant to buy another plastic one, but I thought it would probably last longer and it had pretty good reviews. I have to say, I "really" dislike this product for many reasons. However, let's list the pros and cons to be fair: Pros: - It is well designed for liquids. No leaking at all, so you can feel confident that your measurement is accurate - It is slim, so it fits easily in my utensil drawer - It has ml on one side, and imperial on the other, which is handy Cons: - The measurements are hard as hell to read (black on black) - There are several common measurements missing. The Tbl side only has 1Tbl and 1/2Tbl. My old one had 1Tbl, 2.5tsp, 2tsp, 1.5tsp, 1 tsp, and 1/2 tsp. On the teaspoon side, it only has 1, 1/2, and 1/4. My other ones also had 3/4 and 1/8. There is no reason for these measurements to be missing, since the insert is just a slider. It's literally just another notch and label in the insert. - The measuring compartment is long and shallow (especially on the teaspoon side), which makes accuracy for dry goods difficult, as there is a large surface area that needs to be scraped off with something like the backside of a knife to get any level of accuracy. My older models were deeper (on both sides), which meant the surface area was smaller, so they were easier to level. I'm going back to my old ones and just resigning myself to the fact that they will need replacing every 5 years or so.

All in one

This is great for measuring, it’s all in one, so I don’t have to keep looking for different size spoons.

Buy two !

These are great, wish the letters were contrast color filled, but better than the other style that you can't swipe the top to level, and this has ml and tsp and Tbsp just Buy two because you essentially have 4 measuring spoons so in case you measure your wet ingredients before your dry !

Not made very well

This measuring spoon is not what I thought it would be. I have pampered chef ones that are similar in this concept that they slide to measure things but this one slips out all the time. Used it for turmeric once and it stained it and won’t come out now . Teaspoon size does not seem correct to me. I’ll use it because I bought it but I don’t like it and would not recommend . Will be buying the individual ones instead .

Space Saver

Like most people, the old school measuring spoons were my usual go-to. This little gadget piqued my interest so decided to give it a shot. I like the smart, space design and easy operation. So far it's working smoothly. I chose this over a metal version because I've read that they tend to rust. I'll keep the OG spoons on hand in case this doesn't work out but I'm not expecting any major malfunctions.

Very hard to read

This adjustable measuring spoon works very well and is easy to use. The problem I found was that the top is black and the numbers are also black, making it pretty difficult to read. I'm not sure why they would do that, but they did.

Was better than expected!

This is fantastic for measuring both wet and dry ingredients, up to 1 tbsp. I wasn't expecting it to be as solid as it is, and I like the compactness of it. It's easy to clean as well. I do wish the numbers were easier to read. They are tiny and engraved into the top. I have to find a light and tilt it a certain way to see them. But that is only issue with it!

Stopped working after 8 months

I bought this back in June and it worked great! Accurate measurement and the spoon-like shape made it easy to get spices out of tight containers. However, I tossed the item in the sink to wash (as I have done many times) and for whatever reason, the product expanded and the middle part slipped out. It’s advertised as being able to pop in & out so I have tried to pop it in, but it seems that being in a soapy sink of warm water with my other dishes caused the plastic to expand (I’ve attached a photo of this). Extremely disappointing as I’ve had the product for less than a year, it’s quite expensive for what it is, and the product is marketed as washable. Would still recommend, however please handle it carefully - I’m moving back to traditional spoons after this.

Low quality made in china measuring spoon

Brand new out of box the rubber is deformed and does not seal, does not lay flush. Unable to use properly as an accurate measuring spoon. Overall feel is cheap plastic. Made in China. Company ignores/does not respond to warrenty emails

Hard to clean

OK for the price. Very convenient when you want to measure one or two items. Hard to clean which makes it a hassle for more complicated recipes.

I love this idea and implementation.

This is an amazing product for reducing clutter when your space is tight. My only bug bear is the price. It is a shame to have such a great idea and utility - replacing many plastic items with just the one, but to most the cost would be prohibitive. I only bought mine after careful consideration and deciding that the space saving is worth the price. To make this product versus the mark up is just too steep in my opinion. If you see it on sale - Grab it! It's amazing, there are no leaks and it is just a cracker of an idea.
