These brackets are great, IF you can get them with the plastic rod hooks attached. I had ordered 4 initially, and all came in the same box. 2 had the hooks, 2 did not. How can you miss this when loading the box? Amazon quickly refunded me the costs, but, I had to waste a day off because I could not finish the job as I planned on until the replacements were received. Then, spring forward two months later, order only 2 this time to finish another closet. Love the brackets, there strength and how the hangars slide right past the mounts. Oh wait, the second order, BOTH of the plastic rod mounts were missing! I was told that Amazon was going to take care of this problem. Well they didn't. I am so frustrated. I emailed Amazon customer service, and as usual, they were quick to make it right, however, now I am waiting on a second one to arrive as they are out of stock currently! Vacation is coming and I am getting concerned that the final one may not arrive in time. Update: thinking about my earlier review, I was frustrated, well still am, however, the product itself is a 5 star for quality and strength as at 250 pounds, I can hang off of my 6 foot plus length closet rod that is complete. As far as the quality of the person that packages these items for shipping, they get no stars if possible, and a recommendation for an eye doctor appointment. 1/8/14 I finally received the replacement bracket, the very last one I needed...oh wait, I still need the last one that is not missing the plastic end piece that is in the photo. What is going on???!!!!!! I am not going to rebuild my closet because I can't get the right final bracket. Or, am I??? HELP ME AMAZON!! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. Oh, the FedEx box was all jacked up. Has nothing to do with the bracket itself since the pattern is the same with the other defective brackets just amazing it even got here as one entire side of the box is missing. Can't return this one with that side of the box missing. Remember the brackets are great, if you can get the pictured item!!! Looks like the items are on back order again!!!! Come on already!
