So disappointed

I am really disappointed. I contacted customer service because the vegan leather on my bag is pealing after just a few months of use. The best they can do is nothing? They said I must be rubbing it on rough surfaces. I am not rubbing or bumping it on rough surfaces. I have had another Itzy Ritzy bag and used it the exact same way and it has very little wear and tear on it after years of use. It was also vegan leather. The surface of the vegan leather is just peeling in places where there is not much friction. I am careful to take good care of my bags. I have really enjoyed being an Itzy Ritzy customer. As a mom of 7, I have carried their bags for years as well as used many other products including toys and pacifiers. I also recommend the brand because of the quality, however I have sadly learned that the customer care is lacking. For an item to peel like this is unacceptable and not normal wear and tear. I guess their quality standards have lowered as well, previous bags did not do this. If they will only stand by products purchased directly from their website and not other merchants such as Amazon, what is the point of selling there? I will no longer purchase or recommend Itzy Ritzy.

The best For Dipper Bags

I love these. The small one is perfect for baby Tylenol and other medications. The other sizes are nice for back up clothes in my diaper bag, and small toys, like little rattles and stuffed animals. I love that my diaper bag stays organized.

Buyer Beware - These are just cheap plastic

When you look at the photo of these 3 packing cubes, don't they look like they are made of cloth, or at least faux cloth that looks like Harris Tweed? And don't they look sturdy enough to stand up on their own, just like the photo, even when empty? Wrong on both counts, I'm afraid. Those were my conclusions too, but when I opened my purchase I was truly shocked to see this cheap looking, --- and obviously very cheaply made,--- plastic junk. They look like they cost not more than a couple of bucks to make. The plastic itself feels papery and it is so thin you can see through it! Honestly, I am not exaggerating. And of course, they collapse when empty like a burst balloon. I have seen better looking stuff at a dime store. Truly I have. I am still shocked that I spent nearly $50 on this utterly tacky rubbish, and I would not insult a new mother by giving it as a gift. I would have sent it back immediately by the next post except that I do not have a printer, and have no way to print out Amazon's return label, so I'm stuck with them. (Just by-the-by, perhaps Amazon should look into another way for returns for people who don't have a printer.) I was doubly shocked really, as a short time ago, I purchased the Itzy Ritzy Paci Pod Charm, which holds 2 pacifiers, or coins, or lip balm etc., and it really is made of what looks and feels like Harris Tweed, trimmed with latte coloured faux leather, with a cute latte and cream tassel for the "gold" zip, and a ritzy "gold" clip to clip onto your purse. I was delighted with it; it's such a cute and well designed little piece. So these packing cubes were a huge disappointment when my expectation was larger versions of the Itzy Ritzy I had already purchased. I truly feel that I have been conned by this company, and a casualty of their false advertising.

Adorable

Absolutely love these packing cubes for my diaper bag! Dinosaur pattern is so cute! I was finding that everything would kind of bunch together in my bag making it difficult to find things in a baby emergency. Now everything is so well organized and I can find things in seconds. Dad laughed at first when I got these but now likes them too!

Favourite packing cubes ever. Matches my itzy ritzy boss diaper bag. I was a little disappointed when they first showed up as they looked SUPER small in the packaging. Once I started packing stuff into them you’re like ahhh ok I can live with this for this price. The smallest one I kind of made a first aid kit in as I figured it was the perfect size for that, the second one in the picture down from the smallest I used for extra clothes, my baby is 5 months old and outfit changes happen quite a bit.. we have a couple onesies in there, a pair of pants, a warm outfit, extra bibs, 2 pairs of socks, a summer hat and an everyday soft infant hat and I could probably still fit a couple more items. The last cube I have as my diaper cube. It’s filled with about 5-6 size 3 diapers with a Costco sized pack of wipes along with bum cream, powder, hand sanitizer. They all fit super nicely in the bag as well and I can still fit other things in the bag too which is always nice as you can never have too many things with a baby! Definitely recommend.

Love them

I love these packing cubes for the diaper bag. I also have a set for my oldest kids daycare bag. I use them for clothes, snacks, and first aid supplies. I've had my first set for 3 years now with almost daily use and they're still great. The fabric has softened up but that's not an issue at all. I highly recommend if you're looking for packing cubes.

Convenient

I have a skiphop greenwhich diaper bag, the size is perfect. Before I had the packing cubes my daughters stuff alone filled the bag up to the max. I organized her things into the cubes there is so much more space and im still carrying all the same items. I'm due in 2 weeks and will have 3 kids 2 being 2 under 2 and I can now conveniently fit everything for both kids and still have space. Some may think its unnecessary but you either wanna pay 100-200+ for a new diaper bag or under 45 and make use of every space available in your current bag? Yea my diaper bag is so durable that 1.5 years later it looks brand new still
