Good Nightlight.
Looks nice and add some light in a dark bathroom corner. Definitely functions as a nightlight on a four hour timer. No remote included, so I'm not sure why Amazon has us rate that feature. If you're looking for this to light up a space, you'll be disappointed. Also, it takes 6 AAs to run this. Seems like a lot of battery power for the dim light it emits. Lastly, the glass shade hangs on two metal brackets and doesnt include bolts to secure it in place. You have to reach into the light to turn it on. If you bump the shade it could fall off. Not dealbreakers for us. But it might be helpful for potential buyers to be aware.

Beautiful but needs to have a way to attach permanently so it won’t fall off
Very pretty. Easy to install. The only thing I don’t like is that where the two prongs that fit the light to the sconce are not very long so I’m afraid it will get hit and fall off. Doesn’t have any way to keep the light attached to keep from falling off. Doesn’t have a way to be able screw together.

Beautiful and Inexpensive
I’ve wanted lights like this for years but didn’t want to pay for costly electrical work. I received them in just one day and installed them myself in just a few minutes. Thinking about buying more.

Eye Catching!!
I was looking for lighting for our new movie room which did not require hard wiring. I saw these which were battery operated. I was a little concerned at first if they would be flimsy or cheap looking. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! They are so easy to place on the walls and look SO regal! The lighting they give off is perfect for our movie room AND they also have a timer built in so they will come on at the same time everyday. (They stay on for a period of 4 hrs. Then will shut off. You just press a button on the bottom of the unit to turn back on. An extra plus is that is also has the option to dim the light which gives off a beautiful golden hue! You will NOT be disappointed with this item. Note: They are sold separately. I purchased two of them.

Grace Kelly elegance of the sconce world!
I admit to being ensconced with the very idea of sconces! I like seeing lighting accents to help illuminate their surroundings, especially when it comes to artwork. Sure, I know they make art lighting specifically which is a different concept. However, when the artwork speaks and stands for itself not requiring intense lighting directly upon the canvas, there's something subtle and defining of the art piece in context with the wall and other elements surrounding the setting itself by using the overhead sconce or lateral sconces. At least that was my philosophy in the application shown. This product by Exciting Lighting is a step or two above the typical sconce; it has sort of a Grace Kelly elegance of the sconce world. After a few sconces, I just wonder how I suffered through the years of not even knowing about sconces! I'm catching up on lost Lighting time; this one is a great addition to my home.

Very attractive fixture
This a very attractive fixture and well made. It provides very nice ambience lighting. If you are looking for bright light this does not provide that. It is definitely good value.

Quality lights, easy to instal at a good price
I bought two of these lights as supplementary lighting for my living room. They arrived a week in advance of the estimated date. They are well made in glass and metal, look good imo and took about 10 minutes to fit. My only gripe is that at the height I fitted them, c160 cms, the fitting is just visible and the shades can't be adjusted to hide it so 4 stars rather than 5. Placing them higher would have hidden the fitting but wouldn't have worked in the room. They are not reading lights. I was a little disappointed with the brightness at first but a check revealed that the pre charged Energiser batteries I bought weren't and required 5 hours of charging after which the brightness of the lights improved. Each comes with a remote control with 4 brightness levels and only one remote is needed to control multiple lights. I'm very happy with my purchase as it has enabled me to install additional lighting quickly and easily with no fuss or mess. The saving on installation costs makes them relatively inexpensive.

Excellent EASY Light Solution For Small Spaces
These lights are AMAZING!! I am blown away at the simplicity. We dont have them in Canada so I ventured in the US. Sure it cost me a bit more but for the ease it was worth it!! They are glass, beautiful and crazy easy to install. One nail or a screw and bham! Easy wall lights. I live in a tiny condo and don't have room for lamps. Not even a floor lamp. I needed extra light and ambience in my living room and these lights did just that and some! They take 6 double a batteries so I just bought a huge pack. What I love about them is when you turn on the light it automatically turns off in 4 hours so the battery isnt wasted. The extra bonus is it automatically turns back on in 24 hours!! So install and forget about them and enjoy the beauty and convenience! Another feature is there is a low setting and when you step back it looks like a candle flickering. What more can you ask for?!! I searched for a few days until I found these. I wasn't overly thrilled with the photos online. I took a chance. I hope my photos help you. These are perfect and if I had a space I would buy more. Can you read by them? Probably not but they are exactly what I needed. I took plenty of photos for you all of day and night so you can see how they work well

Beautiful but not at all bright
These arrived 4-5 days earlier than thought, very impressive, and so easy to fit - just like hanging a picture. But while they are most attractive the lack of brightness is a big disappoinment. We bought four, as they are battery operated, to see how wall lights work in the sitting room before the property is completely re-wired in 2022. We are none the wiser because its definitely just "mood" lighting with these; a single standard lamp lights up the whole room more effectively. Will keep as we would write-off quite a lot of money returning them, and they will be useful in the hallway eventually, as attractive emegency lighting in the event of a power-cut.

Lovely. wall sconce; let's have more battery-powered lights!
These are very nice sconces, and a very good concept. Behind the elegant glass shade is a plastic bar housing the AA batteries and a vertical strip of warm white LEDS. The on/off switch is at the bottom, so you can operate it without seeing the switch. The bar attaches to the wall by a hole for a nail head, and the shade attaches to the bar by means of a metal strip that hangs from two points on the top of the plastic bar. In short there is no need for fussy, hanging hardware! Note to Exciting Lighting and all manufacturers of wireless lighting products: There is a vast untapped market for attractive, simple, reasonably-priced LED lighting fixtures: wall sconces, desk and floor lamps, ceiling lights, etc. that are BATTERY powered. Millions of people live off grid in RVs and cottages that would buy these products if only they existed. At present this market is marginally served by motion-detection porch and cabinet lights for temporary lighting, or at best camping/outdoor lights that don't look at home in a cottage living room.

Fantastic product
Great product works well .has three different brightness levels but not bright enough to read .they are the best idea being battery operated.if you buy more than one the one remote works on both.the quality is good with the glass shade.highly recommend
