Worked
Worked okay on my chain link fence to run electric fencing.

Great insulator, some work required
These insulators are great. They hold the wire away from the fence even on the post side of the fence. They are far more secure than the plastic ones. They are more rigid and since they secure tightly to the fence wire they don't lean like the plastic ones either. The trough where the poly rope goes is very tight and the rope has to be "snapped" into it. That gives me more confidence the rope won't droop. One minor issue I had was the hole punched for the screw to hold the plastic part is not big enough to accommodate the screw and I had to drill the hole just slightly. Not a big deal for me anyway. Some might see this as an issue. One other very minor issue is the cotter pins can snap if you're too rough bending them. Only happened to one out of the first 12 I put on. Overall, a far superior product to any of the 100% plastic insulators for chain link fences. I recommend.

Worked ok
Got the job done. Some parts of my fence that were loose the bracket would fall and I had to use two pins. But overall they worked and I have an electric fence up and my GSP rescue is staying in yard.

Chain link
Easy to install but seems flimsy like would be knocked sideways easily

Assemble in a Vice!
These chain link fence insulators were just what I needed to keep the climber dogs from escaping my kennel. I put an electrical wire on the top of the 8' kennel fence. An effective way to assemble the wayward screws into the yellow insulator, is to secure the plastic insulator into a vice and then put more pressure on the screw with an electric screwdriver. The cotter pins were best inserted through the back hole of the melal bracket. The fence isn't heavy-duty, so we had to squeeze the metal extra tight and then bend over one cotter pin leg to secure.

Really impressed, functions perfect
Very well built functions exactly as expected. Built well enough to allow some modifications as needed to get perfect fit/alignment on fence.

Does stand up to use.
I have used this type of product for years. At that time, they were manufactured in the USA. These are made in China. light weight metal. The holes for the screws are too small, I had two of them strip out the screws. I enlarged the holes a bit so the screws would not strip out. The plastic insulators are ok except the two arms that accept the wire are spread apart too far for the standard hot wire. This makes the hot wire easy to remove from the insulator when bumped. I would recommend buying a product made in the USA, if you can find it.

Manufacturer Rejects
Seller did not disclose that he was selling manufacturer rejects. Currently looking for a lawyer to help me sue the seller for injuries I sustained while trying to force stripped screws through a defected pre-drilled hole. Every single insulator from a total of 5 bags was improperly drilled and/or had defected hardware. Also, the wall I had to use for backing to sustain the amount of force I had to push the screwdriver with was destroyed. After waiting a week for delivery, I could not wait another week to two weeks for replacements to arrive.
