Good value, band sizing difficult.

For the $52 USD I paid for this seems like a great value so far. Made well, we’ll see how it handles a shadow pool. Band pins incredibly tight, bent my screw type pin remover. Must use a correct sized punch and hammer to remove and replace pins.

Invicta pro diver..

The Invicta in the middle holds up equal to any of my other autos that cost 3 times as much. I bought the gold and blue one cause It's got bling looks. I too find it amazing to get this for 75$. Nice.

off the rip it looks like a rolex, has the same deep blue color to the common rolex. very solid watch for someone like me that wants something that looks nice but isn’t in the 300-600 range or the lux range 1000+

The BEST (hands down) Submariner homage PER DOLLAR spent, out there. Quality is top notch.

I own five Invictas and I've bought three for my wife, and I'm a TOUGH critic when it comes to watches. One was pricey (the Rose Gold/Valjoux 7750 model 10938) and they ALL have significantly exceeded my expectations. I did have to get Invicta to replace some screws (left out) of the 10938, but they've all held up to use. The first pro-diver automatic I bought is now my rough use watch and it's in water all the time and it's given GREAT service as have they all. They tend to lose a little time when on winders (the 10938 doesn't like being on a winder at all-which was a surprise to me) but you should IGNORE the people who dislike Invictas based on the fact that they threaten to up-end conventional wisdom with the "Conspicuous Consumption" crowd. The dead giveaway will be the highest quality product with the deepest inflection against the "N'est Plus Ultra" price point. It/they will get "dinged" with highly subjective and non-specific "faint" praise or outright untruths. Those familiar with High-End Audio have seen this "misdirect and obfuscate" tomfoolery before. It's been going on there for decades, most conspicuously with Bob Carver's now fully acknowledged as "legendary" designs. The other tactic will usually involve over exaggerating real (but picayune) deviations on the aforementioned "homage". (Then hypocritically criticizing it for what it gets right.) It'd be nice if the bezel was ceramic (it's not) and if it had a very high lume numbers included with it (it doesn't), but if there's a single lume point on the pip, you're set anyway (but lumed bezel markers are cool) and (seriously now) how many of us EVER go Scuba Diving AT NIGHT? The GOLD Automatic 8930B especially STANDS head and shoulders above the competition as a dress watch. Don't let anybody (especially if they don't own one-having given one to their buddy who works as a dishwasher won't count) tell you otherwise. Buy with Confidence. Now, my one piece of "downside" advice: If you DO have a problem with any Invicta Watch, and it's no longer in Warranty unless it's pricey (like the 10938 I own) just buy another one. Mine are all at least five and up to eight years old and I've never had a problem. One last thing: If the "original" wouldn't react well (your hand slipping off a wrench and hitting a hard angle on an engine or similar) don't expect the homage to fare better. Use common sense. Please use "Apples to 'homage' Apples" in terms of hazard context, please.

Invicta model 8930OB

I recognised this brand “Invicta" from ship cruises; several times they had a shop on board selling watches usually in the range of 500 to 1500+ USD. Originally I bought this watch for myself as I found it reasonably priced for an automatic watch and I hoped for good quality. My order was delivered within promised timeframe, arrived well packed and everything good / as expected from Amazon shipments. Contra: Item colours look very different in real life, to the point that I don't like the yellow / blue combination of this watch and would not have bought it. The metal parts of this model 8930OB are real bright golden yellowish, while the colour on pictures might be more dull golden / brass, which I preferred and expected. The bezel has a much lighter blue than the watch face, almost as if the bright yellowish golden still shines a bit through the blue paint? That might explain the colour difference if same colour was used on different background colours. Pro: This is a 24 Jewel automatic watch (Japan movement, assembled in Malaysia) which doesn't need a battery every few years Good readability during day and night due to hands / face contrast and luminous hands and markers The watch has some good weight to it without leaving you carrying a brick on your wrist. First impression of craftsmanship is OK, this watch is not and therefore should not feel like a cheap china knockoff. I am giving 3 of 5 stars because of all above at this stage. It's not a terrible watch, but it also doesn't blow me away. Possible modifications in my rating to improve: - colours matching pictures: +1 star, - perfectly working after 1 year: +1 stars deductions possible due to price changes - to "full" price (230 GBP) : - 2 stars (for rip off) - to "half" price (115 GBP) : - 1 star (for overpricing) Update as per July 2017 I gave the watch as a little gift to my in-law and it is still running. Therefore I would increase the rating by 1 star (to 4 stars). That being said I also recognise the "base price" increased by 30% (230 GBP to 299 GBP) within 1 year. Even with seemingly higher percentage discount the current price hits the 115 GBP mark and as mentioned before this cost 1 star. I'm curious how Invicta justifies a 30% YTY price increase, to finance the purchase of Glycine Watch SA on August 11, 2016 or due to becoming a bit more greedy? Overall rating remains at 3 stars but my brand awareness of Invicta is negatively affected due to pricing practices.

Value for money

Nice looking watch ,looks like a Rolex people have told me and I told them it's an Invicta ,It came a bit of a shock to some of them before showing them the Invicta name which is on the side of the metal strap which if worn on your left hand nobody can see Terrific Value for the price and I set it with the correct GMT time on my phone and find it keeps perfect time. I have not myself tried it underwater ,but on best watches under water on U tube less than£200 it came second in the test at 50 meters and passed the 100 meters test also .and some of the watches over £300 failed the 100 meters test So if you want a a nice looking watch that proves to be waterproof and value for money This is the one to go for I highly recommend it

Best buget automatic Diver money can buy

Absolutely amazing watch for the money ubelievable value, bracelet is solid and not tiny doesn't rattle, movement is a solid Seiko automatic movement really accurate time keeping mine gained about 3 minutes over the course of a month or so so not bad no issues with the date the date actually rolls over at midnight which a lot of budget warches struggle to do. The quality is comparable to a watch pushing £300 the bezel looks good quality to looking much better than the competition for the price. Highly recommend best buget automatic Diver on the planet

Face purple not blue bracelet orange not look gold and in truth look like 35pound watch looks not up to much and Been looking at other reviews cost to have repaired so warranty looks useless i will stick with gshock big mistake to think watch good .look good on Web page look great. in the hand on your wrist cheap look my advice get another watch that's my opinion
