This disc bombs

I've been playing for a few years now. Former baseball player, and played a lot of ultimate Frisbee prior. This disc is great... probably my max distance disc. I max out around 430 feet with a perfect backhand drive, and this thing has nice turn and glide. I don't throw a lot of forehand because I'm not accurate with it, but this disc bombs as a forehand disc too. I hit 480 feet yesterday for the first time forehand, slightly down hill. I will probably never do it again, but all that to say... this disc can take the torque of a full power forehand and flex out of it. I would put this disc on your must have list.

Easy to reach speed and pretty stable

I bought it because my old Wraith was getting chewed up by tree love. I find it easy to throw at speed and it's pretty stable. I've noticed that when you order a disc online, and it says "colors may vary," there's a really good chance you'll get a pink disc. I've found that pink is really easy to spot in the bushes, at the bottom of a murky creek, at dusk, in a tree, under a car, on a roof, in a dog's mouth as it's running towards freedom, behind a log, and even mostly buried in fresh horse manure! As a matter of fact, I have three pink discs and I'm very proud of all of them.

More than a distance driver

Within a few weeks this disc became my primary for Tee shots approach and even shorter putts due to its desired performance either hand. Unfortunately the lime color blended into the foliage too well on a new course. After one day I knew I had to have another one and received a yellow one this time hoping it performs as well as Lime Time

Great forehand or backhand DD, try this before a Destroyer if you're newer...

This is one of my go-to drivers. I throw forehand mostly and this baby can take the torque no problem. Sweet predictable flight even on windy days. Great for intermediate to expert players. Newer players will find they get more accuracy than from a Destroyer bc the slightly lower speed rating makes it easier to throw. I cannot recommend this disc enough. Mine came in a sweet lime green and now I call it "The Green Meanie". Extremely tough, I have beat this thing up but you can't really tell. No chunks after weeks of twice daily use. Everyone should have one of these in their bag...

colors vary

I know it says colors vary, but they sent the darkest disc available. Something I was crossing my fingers to avoid. Anyways, hopefully your gamble is better.

I fell in love with the DX Wraith, but I wanted something a little heavier and more durable. I don't know if it's the weight or the plastic, but this one is harder for me to hyzer flip than the lighter, cheaper version. However, now that I have some experience with it, I can get some awesome distance off of very predictable normal hyzer throws. This has also greatly increased my forehand distance as well. Mine came in red, which looks awesome and is very easy to find.

Straight and consistent drives

I normally drive with a destroyer disc, but found I was slightly inconsistent with it. I watched a YouTube channel called Just disc JD and he recommended the wraith over the destroyer and I havent looked back. My drives are always consistent now and my game has definitely improved with this disc.

Same color but happy

Was a great disc at a good price! One of my favorites, feels great in the hand. Only problem I ordered 2 and they gave me exactly the same color and stamp, still happy though :)
