Good solid product
I really liked this product you don’t need to to worry to much about paint chipping. The pressure sucks but with the turbo nozzle because it spins it cuts through grime like crazy. I have like 4 pressure washers and ended up returning this simply because I got a cheaper used one that was higher pressure but if your just a house owner I would 100% recommend. And it feels like it would last a really long time. Only downside is if your smaller it is quite heavy but that’s a good thing since the reason for being so heavy is it is sturdy.

Poor soap dispense design. Oh yea, what soap?
As Briggs and Stratton is a USA made product, or has been in years past, over the best sellers China seller, 'Sun Joe' brand and has a stellar reputation for quality and craftsmanship, I am always looking for made in the USA, which until we get the market share back?, is difficult to find items used in the past, cheap labor, pricing and craftsmanship in all. The basic setup instructions are pretty good. I verified all the cautionary notes and connections etc as being correct. When I filled the Soap tank with the Briggs and Stratton multi-purpose cleaner I purchased along with the foam applicator, which I haven't tried yet, figuring its of the same name over other cleaners, and filled tank with water, I proceeded to engage the wand. I aimed the nozzle towards a safe area and then down towards the concrete driveway, waiting for the soap to appear. Nothing. I checked the tube between tank and pump. No blue colored detergent fluid, nor clear fluid (water). I noticed upon engaging pump sprayer again that water was going up towards the soap tank and decided to wait for water to get to tank and with reverse priming, maybe it would use pressure of the liquids in soap tank to reverse flow, back into pump. No change. I checked owners manual. It said to use black detergent tip, which quick setup guide didn't say. I tried it. Nothing. It also said water pressure may be too high? As I can't regulate output of B&S sprayer, I proceeded to lower the faucet pressure untilI was 1 full turn from water shutoff, with no change. Perhaps the B&S cleaner doesn't indicate (visual) soap product on ground along with water? Perhaps it's not a true soap product, but says it helps get rid of direct and other products, so?. Anyway, after multi-minutes of waiting to see soap, I decided to use water and hand wash the cars with a mitt and tried and true Meguiar's Gold Class car wash. Mothers also works great. I soaped up the cars (2) and used pressure washer to rinse off cars. 1 thing I don't like about this product other than soap dispenser, is there is no shut off between soap tank and pump so you can regulate soap onto surface to be cleaned and also, there is no drain valve under tank to drain soap at end of long periods of non-use or during non-use/winter (cold) season. An alternate could be to change either the wand or other electrical line to have a selector switch for soap or no soap. I did use recommended 8 oz's detergent to water ratio. At this point, I'm not impressed, but perhaps I have mis-read the instructions, in English, so I will try 1 more time and if I find an error, will write a follow-on review. If not, probably another review prior to throwing the device into the trash bin and going with a more expensive product my neighbors tell me is bullet proof. We'll see. Hope this helps those out there who are considering these types of products. Take life easy. - 11/06/2022: Well it's November and still no soap is coming out of the nozzle. I had to give it a star to proceed, but I'd give it -5 stars if possible. This product is terrible and I'd like my money back. Oh well. Just goes to show, just because it's a well known brand, verify before trusting.

Purchased a returned item ranked Like new. Only issue was one connection bolt to the main frame
Overall at 1st we where a little iffy about getting an electric power washer. But after plenty of research and our needs this guy fit the bill. I mean 1,800 PSI vs a gas one with around 2,700 PSI. If we where cleaning industrial grade that power would be needed. But with the extra Tips with bought for this, 10 degree, 15, 25, 40 etc... Everything we tried it on worked great. This unit has the pre-mix tank for cleaning chemicals. But even without that the 1st time we went to clean our cement drive went great. Maybe you have to take little bit more time with the electric.. But the fact its way more quite, no dealing with gas and my mom can easily use are great trade offs for a bit more PSI.. SO far I give it a 8.5 outa 10.

Buy It
Stop looking for electric power washers under $200. It took literally under 10 minutes to put together and 20 minutes to get it hooked up and working. Though it might take a little extra time to get heavy scum off of wood (oak in my case) for the price and ease of basically everything about it, I ain't crying. I've worked construction and used washers powerful enough to cut your finger off. But to just wash the truck, clean the porch, make everyone watching envious, she's a beaut. They won't believe you payed under $200 for it. The on-demand electric motor is something I never thought I'd find so satisfying. One star off because I don't want to give the impression that it's going to be stripping paint or anything.

Great
It runs great with a sleek build! Has anyone found a nozzle that applies the thicker layer of soap on vehicles? The ones i have only produce and runny soap

Beware novices
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because right out of the box the machine would turn on and then shut off immediately and it took me a week to figure it out, WATER MUST BE FLOWING THROUGH THE PRESSURE WASHER HOSE WITH YOUR HAND ON THE TRIGGER WHILE TURNING IT ON, it did a good job for my driveway and home entrance.

Beware of cracking hose wand. Stopped working altogether
The hose split without warning as I was using it. I was left with a huge welt line across my leg. We bought a replacement hose. It is very dangerous though. Orings keep splitting, yes they’re lubed. Think I’m a year in and now it won’t even turn on. I need this for my business. Piece of junk. I’m sure you’ll find these in Dollarama shortly.
