Decent mirror, sometimes falls off

As any suction cup does, this one falls off the wall sometimes. However, most of the time it stands as a pretty good mirror, clear enough to see in while the shower is on. It has continued to hold up even after falling off the wall sometimes, so it seems to be pretty hardy.

Fits nicely and easy to move .

It’s a nice mirror and moves around very easily. However, the no fog film is a complete bust. After two showers it defoliates and must be removed.

The hooks for shaving razors do not hold wide neck razors

Everything I expected, only drawback is the 'hook's to hold shaving razors couldn't hold wide neck razors like the Schick Quattro Titanium Razor, as it falls right out. It's more for single blade think neck razors.

Don't be turned off by the negative reviewers... They don't know how to properly install the suction mechanism~

Received this in the mail today and installed it and I am 100% satisfied. For the price you are paying (~7-8$) at the time of this review, this is absolutely worth its value. I don't usually write reviews on amazon but felt a duty to in this case since the product is so inexpensive and so many people are saying it doesn't stick to the wall .... I suspect the only reason why so many people are having issues are either because: 1) They do not know how to properly install it (The product comes shipped by default in the "Locked" position, so you must unlock before installing the suction, see below) 2) Are trying to install it on an uneven surface 3) Or they received a defective item (less likely) The suction cup on my product when properly installed is Extremely Strong and I am actually very impressed with it. It would take a great deal of strength to actually forcefully rip off the suction cup off the wall when properly installed. When the product is shipped by the manufacturer, the suction cup is by default sent in the "locked" position. I suspect a lot of people are either oblivious to this or simply do not take the time to understand that there is a proper installing/locking mechanism, and then they try to stick it on the wall, and then have it immediately fall off, and then write a negative review... lol. There is an instruction manual sent with the product explaining to unlock the suction mechanism first, then implement the suction, and then lock the suction cup in place. I suspect the negative reviewers did not take the time to read the manual/instructions, but to be completely honest if you have half a brain then you don't need the instructions Hope this helps- overall it is a very good value, I wanted a cheap inexpensive mirror to shave in the shower if needed and one that also had a razer holder. This is the best price, and couldn't imagine paying like 20-30 bucks for any of the other options

Simple Solution to Toothbrush and Razor Storage

I've been using two of these for about 8 months and I'm very happy with them. Here's how I'm using them: (1) I have one inside my medicine cabinet to hold two tooth brushes. The back of my medicine cabinet is a mirror and this attaches very well. It will also attach to the side which is a smooth metal surface. (2) The other one is in my shower to hold disposable razors. It attached firmly to the ceramic tile wall. The way it works: the "holder" part is hinged and flips up. With the holder flipped up (or down depending on how you're positioning it), you press the suction cup against a surface. While holding it in place, flip the "holder" part down and it "grabs" the surface securely. If you bump the "holder" part, pushing it up, the suction will release and your holder will fall. This has only happened once in the shower. Finally, I really appreciate that it can be easily cleaned. The "cup style" toothbrush holders collect water & debris inside the cup part and are just a breeding ground for bacteria. This keeps the toothbrushes from touching each other and any drips fall to the surface below and can be wiped up quickly. I recommend washing the holder weekly. Just detach it from the wall and rinse it under warm water. Dry it well - suction cup doesn't work well if it is wet. Then reattach it to your surface.

Great Product with Awful Packaging

The product is perfect, easy to install and holds two toothbrushes nicely. You will need a flat and non-porous surface to mount it; mine is mounted on a ceramic tile. The suction cup works nicely, but it seems to come lose after a month or two; not a big problem, all you do is remount it. But can't give it 5 stars because of this. Now a comment about packaging; I left this on "packaging feedback" so I won't let it affect my rating here. But it needs to be repeated here since it poses a real danger. The product is securely encased in a very heavy/thick plastic packaging (sealed all around), with just a slot for the toothbrush holder part to go thru; this makes it nearly impossible to get the product out intact. The plastic is so thick and sturdy that it is extremely difficult to open. Don't use razor blades, a box cutter or a knife; they will not go thru the plastic and you'll just end up cutting yourself. A normal scissors are also useless unless you have a very heavy-duty one. The best tool to get this open is a sheet metal shears. Hope you have one; otherwise BE VERY CAREFUL!

Not practical

You have to be careful what type of toothbrush you buy. The handle of the toothbrush have to be on the thicker side. Slender handle toothbrush falls out. Too much moisture in the bathroom and the suction loosens - easy to reapply but ...

Holes are too large

The holes are quite large, so only fairly large toothbrushes fit well, and even those get all mangled in a pretty short period of time because it's putting strain on the ends of the bristles. We ended up buying two other types (one for kids toothbrushes and a different kind for adults) which work much better, with much smaller holes. The suction cup does stay quite well, but it's not worth mangling your toothbrushes.

Love it!

Bought this after getting fed up of cleaning our canister type holder that kept getting mouldy from the moisture and lack of air flow. This holder is fantastic! It holds very well on a mirror and you can wipe it clean in 2 seconds flat. Putting in an order for a 3rd one now.

Mooie tandenborstelhouder

Deze tandenborstelhouder is heel geschikt voor zowel gewone tandenborstels als voor de borstels van elektrische tandenborstels. Omdat hij zo klein is hangt hij totaal niet in de weg. Doordat hij transparant is, is hij bijna ontzichtbaar.

Es hält - wenn auch nicht für ewig

Der Halter tut was er soll - für einige Monate, vielleicht auch zwei oder drei Jahre. LÄnger leider nicht, dann wird das Material müde und das ganze Ding fällt vom Spiegel oder von der Wand herunter. Ein Wegwerfartikel - immerhin zu einem fairen Preis...
