Great hat; careful how you wash it

This is a great hat. It fit well. I liked the liner around the bottom three inches or so of the hat, the part that covers your ears. After wearing it all of last winter and part of this one, we accidentally threw it in the washer and then the dryer. As all wool garments do, it shrunk so much that it doesn't cover my ears any more. Bummer. So pay attention to the washing instructions. I'm still going to order another one, though, and I'll be careful how I wash it next time.

Best beanie ever!!!

This is the nicest beanie I've ever found! It is SO soft and thick and comfy cozy. The picture really can't convey it-- it is so much thicker and cushier than normal beanies. The band of fleece lining around your forehead is luxuriously soft, so you don't get itchy-forehead from the knit (which I usually do with beanies). It looks fabulous, too (you can dress it up or down, depending on your outfit). And I love the fact that this hat is made in the USA! The price is not cheap, but I feel good knowing that my money is paying a fair living wage to the workers who made it. I will definitely be buying more from this brand!

QC issues possible - Love for first conquers all?

This was my second purchase of the exact same hat. The second hat fit was too large. the first hat fit was perfect. Like stated: This is my second purchase of the same hat and it was a worse product than the first. The second hat had a ton of visible yarn splices, missed stitches and a slightly weird fit. The first had had no visible flaws. I had barely owned the first hat for 2 weeks before losing it. Basically I was out and about, put the hat down on a counter and walked out. Hat gone. So 2 days later I ordered a replacement. So this wasn't like a year to year change, this was two hats from the same lot (most likely). Overall, the first hat was my favorite hat in years. The second hat? Meh. Not really into it. Glad winter's over so I can ignore my disappointment in it. It's just "Off".

Classy and comfortable

Nice and warm, good quality materials, and the fleecy band round the inside makes it very smooth and comfortable over the ears. It's a comfortable size for my head (hat size 7 1/2). It also looks good, with a small, subtle logo and no extraneous bits and pieces. Finally, it's good to see it's made here in Colorado, right down the road from me.

Do not buy, poor quality now!!!!

This used to be a great hat. I had one before that was quality that’s why I bought another. The quality is night and day different. The product I received looks like a reject!! Bad seams, the seams are off, the weave is inconsistent. Just bad. I no longer endorse or recommend this product!!!!!

Great stuff

High quality. The greatest is that the cap holds my long, wild curly hair down and doesn't ride up and fall off, like most other caps. The sides are marvelously constructed so they stay on and also are warm. Mark
