Better than I expected
When I first bought these, I didn't expect much. How can only half an insole stay in place? Won't it feel bad? Why can't my ball of my foot enjoy squishy goodness too? Who's crappy idea was this? Let me just say, I've bought 2 pairs, and I'll keep buying more. First off, I've been through a lot of fancy insoles, and I was tired of buying expensive insoles that did nothing for my heel pain. THESE FIXED IT. FOR ABOUT TEN BUCKS. And all of my worries about it being half an insole are unfounded, I really don't notice that the front of my foot isn't as squishy, and they stay in place remarkably well. I also needed insoles for some dressy boots, and the toe box was too tight for a normal full size insole. But guess what? These were perfect, and I didn't have problems walking around in stiff, uncomfortable, new boots for a tour. So that's use number 2- can't fit a full size insole? Try this instead.

No more bruises.
I purchased these insoles because my shoes were leaving a pretty bad bruise on my right heel. I even went to my doctor trying to figure out what the pain was. I’m not on my feet all day but I love high heels. I purchased one pair and transfer them to different shoes as I wear them. Problem solved in the matter of 1.5 weeks. I really like these. I can tell the difference in how my shoes feel. Would highly recommend!

I prefer the full length version
These are okay, but after wearing them, I prefer the full length version. I can feel too much of the transition from where these end and the drop to the regular sole. They might work okay in some open toe shoes.

Perfect for heel pain
These were just the right thickness to alleviate pressure on a heel spur. Will purchase again!

Worth it
I have flat feet, plantar fasciitis and recently had a bunionectomy. I wake up with tons of foot pain that lasts throughout the day. These seem to ease the pain somewhat. Definitely notice a difference when I DON'T wear them. Worth the money.

Bought these and another pair.
Bought these & another pair off Amazon. Didn’t love these. Not really any better than the ones that come with the shoes to begin with. Had I thought about it I probably would have returned them. Like the other pair more as it provided more support.

Expensive Mistake
I had high expectations for these. Much more expensive than the standard Scholl sports insoles. Still these are specifically for heel pain so the extra expense will definitely be worth it - right? WRONG in so many ways. These actually look worse quality than the much cheaper full length sports insoles. The heel cushioning is nothing special and no better than the sports ones. The arch support is in the wrong place (too close to the heel for me. I’m a standard size 10). The insoles come in a sealed package so it isn’t possible to try these without cutting the package open. That makes it impossible to return these if (when!) they don’t suit. Just to put an exclamation point on that Amazon states these are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. If you are 100% sure these are for you then go ahead and order them. If you even remotely unsure then keep moving. The Scholl sports insoles are good. These for me though are one giant and expensive disappointment.

It worked
After popping Ibuprofen and some paracetomol for a few days my Amazon order arrived , I tried to find a solution to my latest ache Plantar Fasciitis, I bought and ice pack and these wedges. I put the wedge in my left shoe this morning before going to work 8+ hours later , up and down all day in and out the van it helped a great deal, pushing out of the car and dipping down on the preasure part of my heel, Im not saying they are the cure but Ive walked about with virtually no pain at all ,the odd twinge thats it . . Obviously the big test was when you take the trainers /shoes off see if they ache returns , well theyve been of for about 4 hours now no aches or pains, as of yet, no pain killing tablets taken either ., all in all Im delighted with these wedges ,I bought them purely on reviews and with a little bit of research. If Im truthful I thought £17 was a bit steep TBH just paying for the name Dr Scholl`s etc , I bought these wedges hoping the pain would go away thankfully it did , £17 well spent IMO I hope it works for you .

Useless
Bought this product for heel pain. Not only didn’t it help with the pain and discomfort it actually made it much much worse. After using it for 3 days I could hardly walk and was and in a lot of pain. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT - IT DOESN’T WORK.

Works okay if positioned just right
When I first tried them I found them uncomfortable and a bit strange, and they didn't help the pain. I thought maybe it was because they are suitable for size '8' (whatever sizing that is) feet, and I take a size 9.5-10 (UK size) shoe. So I pushed them further forward in my shoe, which seems to be better. They work on and off for me. Sometimes they work great and my feet are pain-free for longer or the pain is lessened, other times the pain is the same. Sometimes on days when they work well and I take my shoes off for a minute, the pain returns quicky when I put them on again, leading me to believe that their effectiveness depends on getting their positioning JUST RIGHT, which is very difficult (I just guess and hope for the best).

Could be risky and make condition worse
I bought this believing it would help with my plantar fasciitis condition as it claims. It seemed to help for the initial few days as I felt less shock on my feet. However, the pain started moving to my lower pelvic area where the leg joins the abdomen. The condition got so bad that I could barely bend and do my day-to-day work. It only started improving once I realized the cause and got rid of this insole. The problem with this insole is the shape which only focuses on heel and ignores the mechanics of the feet. The foot starts from the hip joint and includes the knee. This product is naive enough not to understand that any foot problem is interconnected. Overall this product can cause more injury than healing.
