Runs big

My daughter is skinny and tall for 7 years old, I ordered her normal size and it runs big. I do really like the longer length, the washed color, and these will be perfect for the summer.

Conservative length, trendy worn look

These are a nice pair of girls Bermuda shorts. They are a long length which isn't always easy to find nowadays. There are a few deliberate distressed areas that make them trendy without actually being full of holes. The color is a bit bright - more like old man jeans. They run a tiny bit big, but there's elastic inside to tighten them up while your girl is growing.

Nice longer short for girls

These shorts fit my daughter well, and looked cute on. The fabric is a little thinner than Levis, but not so much that I'm worried about them falling apart. My daughter likes the fact that her shorts are slightly longer and give her some security when climbing and playing.

A bit large.

The media could not be loaded. I bought these for my daughter that is currently a size 10 but should be about at 12 in the summer. They seem to fit more like a 14. So I would size down. Overall I do like the quality of the seaming and stitching, and hardware used. The bottom seam is particularly flimsy and I don’t think that is on purpose. But overall, it should work nicely for a pair of Jean shorts either this year or next for my daughter.

HUDSON Girls' Stretch Denim Bermuda Shorts

You can't ask for a better quality than these Hudson jean bermuda shorts. They're stretchy and such a nice quality and feel of denim! The color is a nice, light denim that is saturated- it just looks rich and nicely made. I ordered a size 12 for my 10 year old and she is tall and athletic. They're a bit large on her, but everything is "too small," so I have learned to just size up on everything. I'd say these run true to size if she'd allow me to buy her proper size. :) I totally recommend these as a comfortable, durable, stretchy, move-with-you pair of shorts for a young girl!
