Great fabric and weight but tight arms
We needed a larger size long-sleeve sleep sack and decided to go with this muselin cotton one. We appreciate that it's sized 6 to 12 months and that it is not fleece. I must admit though the arm holes are quite tight even on our slender 9-month-old. I would suspect that most kids who are closer to average weight or more for their age, would really struggle with getting their arms through the holes while also having a cotton sleeper on. As it stands, i suspect we won't be able to use it for the next 3 months, but it works for now while the temperatures are still rather cool overnight.

Great for Warm Weather
I have had such a hard time finding long sleeved sleep sacks that aren't fleece. We tried the sleeveless sleep sacks with long sleeved PJs, but the sleeves always ended up pushed up his arms and he would feel a little chilly when I got him up in the morning. This sleep sack is nice and lightweight, and the sleeves don't get pushed up his arms. It provides the perfect amount of warmth for warmer weather; I'll put him in a short sleeved onesie underneath if it's really warm outside, and regular footed PJs underneath if the temperature is moderate. It does run a little big. My baby is 7 months and 30 inches tall (pretty big for his age), and he's been wearing this style of sleep sack for a couple months now. He's in a size 6-12 months and it is definitely a bit big on him, but not overwhelmingly so (and I don't mind because we'll get more use out of it this way). For smaller babies, I would size down, but for average/large babies, I would go with their normal size. The sleeves are pretty long and the neck hole is larger than it needs to be, but neither of these have caused any problems. There's a fair amount of excess length in the leg area, but again, it doesn't hurt anything (if anything, it's more blanket-like this way). He's never gotten his arm out of a sleeve. He's never pulled the neck area over his face (I saw another review that was concerned about this) but even if he did, the fabric is super thin and breathable and wouldn't cause a problem - I tested it on myself and I could breathe just fine. I think it would be pretty difficult for him to pull it up very high, anyway. Also, note that the fabric isn't stretchy, so running a little large makes it easier to get on and off and allows baby to move around more. The zipper is backwards from what I'm used to (it only has one zipper and you start from the top) and it was kind of a pain at first, but I got used to it after a couple of weeks and it doesn't bother me anymore. We have 4 of these and none of them have issues with craftsmanship or construction. I also recommend the quilted version from the same brand for cooler weather. I ordered the same size and it doesn't seem to run quite as big (the neck hole and sleeves are a bit smaller). I only have one of this style but I have another on the way since the weather is cooling down. Overall, I highly recommend this sleep sack. My only complaint is that I wish there were more patterns in brighter colors. It wouldn't hurt if the sleeves were shorter and the neck hole smaller, but these are in no way a deal breaker for me.

A nice sleep sack
These sleep sacks are lightweight, but do well to keep the kids from poking their legs too far out between the crib's rails. I appreciate that the zippers are closed when at the top, but found that getting hands through the sleeve and out the other side can be a struggle sometimes.

Very soft-runs big
I love the material but this runs BIG! I woke up to her having her arm pulled back through it.

Soft, cute but I need to size down as it runs large
I love the feel of this sleep sack and bonus for sleeves. 4 stars because it runs large for the arms/chest (and it was fine length wise). I tried to roll up the sleeves so baby can still wear it. But it just didn’t work. She somehow got her arm through the neck. That’s how big it was. I bought another Hudson baby in floral in cotton 18 months and it fits perfectly. My baby wears 18 month clothing since she was 9/10 months old (she is tall and slender). I thought I needed size 18 months since her burts bees and other sleepers are 18 months. The burts bees 18 months sleeper fits perfectly! I am returning this muslin sleep sack to reorder a smaller size 12-18 months. PS I love the design of this, and the burts bees dawn too ????
