Flexible and perfect for small adult ears
I had to get these because adult regular ear plugs are too big to fit my ear canals. I use these overnight when my husband snores so I don’t have to wake him up. The plugs are soft and flexible and when you twist them and put them in your ear canal, they expand gently to form fit the smaller ear canal. And they’re comfortable!

Best earplugs ever
Best product for small ears. I sleep in them every night, no pain and no noise!

Best headplugs!
I love these headplugs, they keep all the noise out and they don't crowd my narrow ear canal too much. They cancel the noise so well I can't even hear the fan I normally have running for white noise. Auto-subscribe activated!!

For small ears
Still not sure I'd these are right for me. Can't seem to get them to go in all the way, perhaps I'm doing something wrong. They are nice and soft and smaller than other foam earplugs.

Difficult to fit
These ear plugs are quite stiff and difficult to fit into the ear. Once in the don't stay put as well as I had hoped. I prefer a softer memory foam earplug.

Overall these are great "compact" or "small" earplugs, perhaps Howard Leight could name them as such.
I am an ear plug connoisseur. I need ear plugs and I have to be picky. I have small ears that are easily irritated and a husband who snores (not sleep apnea, not allergies, we've researched and seen doctors). Sleeping next to someone who sounds like a drunk, angry wild animal running from a train gets old. Enter my search for the right ear plug, disposable ones since I loose things. I have two that I go between, both made by the same company. I had been using Laser Lite Foam Earplugs (hey, they're pink and yellow, but not marketed towards women) which are smaller than many standard ear plugs and easier to squish. With enough twisting I can fit them in but they bulge out because they're too long for my smaller ears. Because of the bulging out, they tend to fall out at night, and I wake, have to rummage through my night stand for the package for a new pair, get them in, then fall back asleep. I also found I was more prone to irritations in my ears after any prolonged use of them. Probably not because of the actual ear plug but because the size was wrong for my ear. So enter these, the Howard Leight Women Earplugs, in Pink. These are solid pink and visibly much smaller when next to the other pair. Made of a different type of foam than the Laser Lite. I am able to fit these in my ears a bit easier. Once in they do NOT fall out. They do allow me to hear a bit more noise, however their noise rating is slightly lower when compared to the Laser Lites I was using (30 decibel vs 32 decibels). So far, after a few months of regular use (thanks Subscribe an Save!) I notice minimal irritation which is a huge bonus. This is why a smaller size (not the color) of these is important. So the pink issue. I am a women, I have no problem with them being marketed towards me.... I hate the color pink, too much of it as a kid but these go in my ears. I do see where this is a marketing issue, I know why they do it but I do think it is worth revisiting. Make them teal, or do a swirl of colors like the Laser Lites. Call them Petite, Compact, something like that. I know my tween boy would prefer not to wear pink ear plugs, but these do fit him better than any others for now. However, the "for women" and "pink" won't stop me from buying them because my gosh, they work so much better and the difference is huge (or, small!).

Perfect for a petite person!
These ear plugs are so much better than other ones I've tried. They fit perfectly for a woman or a more petite person, such as a teenage girl. The thing is, you must make sure they go into your ear canal correctly, and if you push them in a tiny bit too far, it hurts and can damage your ear! When I put one in, I first quickly stick my finger in to make sure I know exactly where the ear canal is. It's not as simple as you may think. It's easy to miss. Then I pull up the top of my ear with my left hand after I tightly roll up the ear plug, and stick it into the ear canal swiftly but carefully, with my right hand. It slips in easily if you've done it correctly. If not, I search around for a bit, but if I'm unsuccessful, I have to start over with a new, dry, rolled up earplug. That's why I use my finger first so I know where to guide it after. I use these every night and I can't be successful every single time, although it is usually pretty simple. These earplugs are so perfect and such an improvement over the last ones I was using, in which the foam stuck out of my ear a ridiculous amount, making it difficult to lay on my side. I now miss my alarm clock way too often, which is not good, but these are really reliable and fit perfectly. I'm pretty impressed. Except now, the inside of my ears have become really itchy and feel a bit irritated... not sure exactly why. But I highly recommend these subtle pink earplugs for any petite people who want to shut out the noise around them. They work really well and fit so snug, you'll be surprised!

Comfortable for petite ears
Have been using this exact type for years. Since they flange out at the end they stay in my ears a lot better than the ear plugs that are more straight. Also for smaller ears they are not uncomfortable - 5‘2“ here for reference. I originally thought it was a gimmick and hated the idea of getting a women’s specific earplugs, which of course by marketing companies have to be pink since apparently that is the only color women like (Insert eye roll), but these are actually better than the standard ones. Have purchasedmultiple times over the years. Will purchase again. Have worn these sleeping, long plane rides, noise cancellation with studying, and was doing yardwork. Not the same high-quality noise cancellation of course that you would get with noise canceling headphones

Great if you have eczema in your ear canals or other irritation
I have teeny-tiny ear canals because I have eczema ONLY IN THAT AREA, thanks mother nature, so my ears are constantly itchy, swollen and flaking inside. This means normal earplugs, or earbud headphones, have always been something I can't use without severe pain/having them pop back out in a few seconds. I have never been able to use Apple's headphones, or anything like that shape. I say this not to complain but just so you know if you have the same issues I do and my review is relevant to you :) These are small enough to get the job done for the first time in my whole life. I still have to squeeze them to almost nothing and pull my ear canal wide open to insert them, but once that's done, they fit beautifully and don't hurt. The sound blocking is decent - I can still hear my super-loud neighbours upstairs when they talk to their *(&*(^*( talking speaker (just a note that these things need to die and I pray one day are banned in apartments and condos - no one needs to hear you ask your speaker what time it is 400 times an hour ARGH) but those speakers are designed to be so loud everyone on earth can hear all your business anyways, so I might just be the old lady who doesn't want or need to hear all your Google search results at subway announcer volume. Other than the demon speakers, it blocks everything else. I have a very old building with no insulation between units and this blocks the walking noise, joist creaking, and most conversation - only electronic devices on loud volume like those speakers can break through. A good buy.

Highly recommend, but price has increased substantially in the last year!
I love these because they fit my ear better than several other brands I have tried and my partner snores. They are much smaller and therefore more effective and comfortable for me. I used them for a year, and have purchased them several times. However the price has gone up by quite a bit! I would love to know why the price gone up substantially. For the year I have been using them they were always $14, until a month ago they went up to $17. A few days ago I left them in my cart at $17, when I came back to purchase they changed to $23! For 14 pairs at one use that is steep, that's about a 70% increase in price. I may need to find a more economical brand that suits my needs. ☹️ Edit*** when I looked back at my previous orders, they were actually $6.16 last November and December! Way more of an increase than I thought!

THE BEST EARPLUGS IVE EVER USED!
I have a very hard time sleeping without earplugs but standard sizes and even the ones marketed as “slim fit” always hurt my ears by the morning. THESE EARPLUGS ARE AMAZING!!! They are the only earplugs that I have ever found that truly are slim fit and shorter than the standard size. They fit my ears like a dream! I don’t have any pain or soreness and they completely cancel out all noise! If I want to be able to hear my alarm I just put them in halfway and they cancel out enough noise to allow me to fall asleep but I can still hear my alarm in the morning. They are extremely soft and not abrasive and I am so grateful that I found them!! I highly recommend these for anyone who struggles with standard/store-bought earplugs.

Great but sometimes inconsistent
They do the job and don’t hurt my ears like the regular size ear plugs. You have to be careful how you put them in as they sit a little father in your ear than regular sizes because they’re short (the guide suggests having them deep enough that the end doesn’t stick out past your targus). If you don’t put them in like the instructions suggest then it won’t black out as much sound. After using them for a few weeks at night, I’ve noticed they start to dry out the ear a little bit. So it’s a good idea to clean the ear opening and apply a tiny bit of mild lotion (never put anything IN your ear!) and I found that helps a bit. Downside is some of the earplugs are slightly bigger/aren’t consistent so you might get a couple duds per package that you can’t use but I think this is just a manufacturing fault that happens with all ear plugs.

A longtime fan
I've used these every night for years; they're the most comfortable earplugs on the market for smaller ear canals like a womans'. The Howard Leight Max Lite earplugs are softer and block out more sound, but they're the standard size, which is too big for me. These are comfortable and do the job: sleeping, on the bus, and at work. There's a nice case included. I'm a longtime fan and have recommended them to friends.
