Good organization for the price
I have service for 12. Linen storage set...Box seems a bit flimsy and durability may be problematic. Would pay a bit more for a more sturdy "vision" area at the top. The bottom seems very sturdy and has great handles. The main structure of item seems flimsy and the top was less snug than what I had hoped for. I did keep and am using it. Great storage for the money. My biggest issue was being unable to fit place mats, napkins, rings and other items needed for each place setting. Service for 12 was just too much for this box to handle. I will be purchasing another one so I can split into two storage boxes {6 of each item per box}. Flatware storage box was terrific and my service for 12 fit nicely. This box was sturdy at the bottom and the top seemed to fit snug enough. Long term durability for these items is questionable. Main drawback for me was the pouch could not really be used as a pouch. Once rolled up, it could not be placed in a way that would allow for the top to fit as intended. I "fixed" it by not rolling it and placing it flat. Top was fine. Overall, pretty good organization for the price.

I like this! I bought three.
I like being able to put away placemats and keep them dust-free. I especially like that these boxes have windows so you can see the contents, and they stack. I bought three boxes. I use two boxes for placemats - they hold 20-30 placemats each, depending on the thickness of your placemats. The other box I use like this: I layer all my fabric napkins on the bottom. Then I use the napkin ring holders from ALL THREE BOXES across the top layer, and I keep my napkin rings there. It’s a good system. I especially like being able to see what I have. The kids like having easier access to the napkin rings, which used to be jumbled up in a box in the hutch. My kids love using napkin rings! Go figure.

Good placemat storage
I was looking for something to store placemats in as I do not have drawers deep enough to fit them and this was perfect. I tried several other storage boxes/bags and none were able to fit my 19" x 14" placemats fully until this one. It also looks very stylish with the cream and brown trim. I deducted one star only because I couldn't do half stars- I wish it was a little bit more sturdy for the price, it definitely wouldn't stand up to heavy use. But the price was right and my placemats fit without curving up at the edges, so I'm a happy gal.

You get what you pay for
It looked like this was going to be promising. Then reality hit when I opened the shipping box. The "window" in the top will is of unbelievably cheap plastic. Even in the gentlest of households this "window" is going to rip and fall out. The linen edging around the plastic window is barely secured to the frame. Then I tried to "assemble" it. Even rudimentary instructions would be helpful. The picture showing this product (along with all of the other products) is largely obscured so it's nearly impossible to see how it was intended to be used in the minds of the designers. The dividers inside are cheap and flimsy. Then I attempted to put it in a drawer. I measured before ordering -- carefully --but with the edging around the top of the base piece alone just makes it large enough to not work in my kitchen drawers. I'm not sure how else I might use this. I like to organize and it might be useful somewhere else. This piece was purchased as a "trial run" for quality inspection before ordering any more. If you have low expectations, then this product will work very well.

great container for rectangular placemats
I wasn't sure about storing placemats in this, since one reviewer claimed the dividers weren't removable. They certainly are removable - just don't put them in when assembling! I just use this as a storage container for a pile of placemats, which otherwise get folded. Sufficiently sturdy and definitely worth buying for this purpose!

I gave my daughter placemats and napkins and rings for a gift and wanted to find some type of storage box for her to use to put them away or add too. This was perfect. It was the exact size of the placemats and a small box is in it to put napkins in. This would hold various styles of placemats, napkins and rings. It was perfect. Easy to assembly and attractive.

Nonconventional Use
I didn't use it for storing linens and flatware, but instead, I wanted it for some more decorative storage mainly for CDs and other items that don't fit in our new entertainment center. This storage fits nicely underneath the new unit and it's a little "prettier" than just plain, plastic, see-through tubs.
