Exactly as pictured

I finally got what I paid for. Ive often rolled the dice when buying online and often came up short. Im thankful that I got exactly what I paid for this time. I love this trunk. It has a vintage look which I love and looks exactly as pictured. No cosmetic flaws or hardware malfunction as ive seen with other customers.

Great Purchase

I bought this just as a conversation piece. I have a small apartment so I use it as a small coffee table. (You must use coaster). Very durable, not as large as a full trunk. This is surely not a trunk that you would use to travel with. It fits throws, if you don't want to put them on your sofa. I bought the antique looking locks just for show. I've seen another person who puts the one that he got in front of his front living room picture window and put plants on it to get lots of sun. Some of the reviews say that the design leaks, falls apart, etc., you just have to remember that this is mostly for looks and hold a few things. I have a couple of throws, and put my remotes and other doodads in it when people are over. I've seen it for a lower cost on Amazon after I bought it so you may want to put in on your "watch" list to see if it goes down 5-8 dollars. The leather straps are a nice look and work great. If you like the look of the design on the website than you will love this item.

Missing Drawers

The first time I ordered this item it arrived with a broken latch and the drawers were missing. It was easily replaced. The second one arrived and it also had missing drawers. I guess that is what is going to happen when you order this trunk.

Latch was broken upon opening with no signs of the screws in the box…

The media could not be loaded. This was clearly broken before it left the warehouse as there are no signs of the screws in the box. I can find three screws myself and use the trunk…I’m just not happy that I spent $70 on an item that came broken and lacking parts of the product. I don’t recommend. I know the response will be, you get what you pay for, the problem is, you actually don’t and that excuse is the wrong accountability and part of the problem when it comes to quality and betterment in this world. The trunk was also smaller than I imagined, but that is my own fault for not measuring. Unsure whether or not to return. I think I will though.

Great storage trunk

For what it costs it is a nice sturdy trunk that has a decent amount of space. Might buy another one soon. Only issue was the latch was loose, but it was a simple fix.

Not bad

The trunk is made of agglomerated wood with printed canvas 1cm thick. A couple of simili leather buckles and small aged metal handles. It's ok for the price. It looks fine but I wish the straps were also aged to go with the rest of the look and that they could be removed. Unfortunately they are fixed to the chest. The outside printing is of decent quality. The size is nice and functional. It can be used for storage of pretty much anything.I use mine to keep my music cables and accessories. No sign of the 'three functional fabric drawers'. Maybe the add is erroneous on that point or maybe they were forgotten from my package by mistake??? Does the job. Ok for the price. Overall satisfied with the chest though it's cheaply made.

Would Not Recommend - Selling Broken Products

This part of the chest was broken the first time it was sent to me, the metal lock was bent the wrong way and it would not lock at all. So I ordered another as a replacement, and this time the screws used for the lock would not even stay in the chest. Both times I ordered this, I was sent a broken product. Would not recommend buying.

It has the old-timey feel to it

I love this chest. It is very lovely and doesn't look like storage. My advise though, don't put anything wet on it or the artwork fades off. It's my own fault but still I love this chest.
