Does the job!

I was looking for a quick, nonintrusive (no wall installation) way to organize my laundry room and this does the job! This shelf is super easy to put together and install. It’s pretty sturdy and can hold a 1.62 gallon tub of detergent well with very little bend in the shelf. Perfect for a quick and easy way to clean up your laundry room.

I love this thing

You know how every flat surface becomes a magnet for random items? That's our dryer. Its right next to the door to the house from the mudroom. We have a top-loading washer and no space for shelves (yay, windows! boo, no storage space). So the items that actually need to be near the laundry have this dedicated space. I was unsure that it was sturdy enough, but so far this thing has been just fine when I clumsily plop down a full carton of detergent. Beyond fine, really, because I haven't been worried about it in the moment it happens, I just realized I haven't had to be careful and I know I haven't been. Now, the things I need are within reach and whatever is left on top of the drier can be pushed into the trash periodically. I hope you're reading this, dear son, I mean it when I say for the thousandth time, "move it or lose it."

Good for the price

Works great to hold things in the laundry room

Doesn't attach to anything

This shelf went together easily, but I expect it to be able to be attached to the wall. It just sort of balances on the top of the washer. You adjust it by bending the long wires. Not sturdy at all. I'm able to keep lightweight things like dryer sheets and a stain remover on it, but there's no way it could hold detergent.

Requires space behind washer/dryer

Overhangs the front more than I would like because there is not enough space behind my dryer. I can still use it, but it could fit better and be more stable if there was a way to adjust how the rack sits on / attaches to its brackets - more flexibility in the assembly. Nevertheless, I do like it and find it very useful.

Exactly what it says

This product did not disappoint. We live in a tiny apartment and have basically no space anywhere so we get creative where we can. This was easy to put together and created a nice little spot for laundry supplies and cleaning products within easy reach.

Quality

I have one of these over my dryer for year but was getting one for over the washer. The screws were too small for he hole in the washer that was mounted to the wire shelf and they just fell through. I had to add some over size washers to accommodate the screws provide., Thankfully I work at a fastener company and did not have to make a trip to the hardware store. In addition the support legs the holes are not drilled right. The front part of the leg sticks way out from the shelf part. don't know if this was just a bad batch but the QA department failed on this unit for sure. I had sent 2 emails to the company about the issues. We will see what their response is.

Great laundry room addition

Arrived fast...It did not fit on my washer as the picture shows...however I do have a ledge behind the washer on which it sits nicely...so it worked out fine... Good idea to keep detergent close at hand.

Over-the-washer storage shelf

Doesn't fit the washer that well. just sort of balances. If it wasn't balanced against a wall it would fall down

Not worth it

I thought this would be terrific. I even bought 2 so I could have one on the washer and one on the dryer. They keep shifting around. The weight of the detergent bottle (not enormous from Costco ... bought at Target) knocks it over. I wish I could return them but we have just moved and my very tidy husband cut down the boxes already. I will be donating them at some point.
