Very Sturdy & Easy Install

I 100% recommend this product. The measurements given are accurate and is a quality product. We installed in the kitchen and it can hold heavy appliances.

Amazing price

This was a perfect fit for my skinny cabinet! So many slide out shelves are insanely expensive so this was an incredible value. Had to purchase and return a couple others till I found this one. Its about average in terms of ease to install. These things are tricky in general and you gotta be patient to get it straight. My landlord loves it so much she reimbursed me and wants it to stay here. I also like that you can customize the dividers to suit your needs. I didn't need the center divider and was happy that it could be left off.

Filled a need

At no fault of the product had to modify installation. When pulled out on the cabinet shelving where installed they tipped the shelving forward. No loss of pots and pans but made a heck of a racket. If the shelves you are installing to just sit on the retainers I suggest you secure them before using the organizer. If need for others should occur would order again.

Decent sliding drawer

I bought this because it was long enough to not waste too much space in the back of my cabinet. The pros: it is sturdy, with thick wire rack and 10 screws to secure it so it should last a long time. That makes it worth the money! Cons: the rails are too narrow to align with the basket. I had to forcefully spread open the rail to screw the basket on. Enough spreading that unfortunately affected it's ability to slide smoothly... my other pet peeve is the height at which it sits on the shelve. You loose about 2 inches of head space.

If it wasnt bent it would be perfect

Again another item I paid as if it was brand new and wasn't, another obvious return that was shipped out as new without checking quality. While all items were accounted for, rails were unsecured allowing to scratch up chrome of bin, the cut zip ties were in the box. But found out why it was returned, the tabs do not like up from the backet to the holes on rails to secure. It's a shame because this roll out shelf looked well made otherwise and sturdy unlike others I have seen.

Broken on arrival

The box was not damaged, but looked as of it has been re-taped closed. The contents looked like original packing found some loose pieces of black plastic in the box, since I was unable to find any part missing or areas that looked broken, I proceeded to install. I assumed it was non essential to the product. I had the base in place and when I pulled the slides out to install the upper portion, about 6 ball bearing fell out. It was at this time I figured out where the black chunks of plastic must have been intended, before being broken. I had guests arriving soon and no time to return. I determined that if I could get everything back together that the design would hold with only one “black stop on the other arm” I was able to get all of the ball bearings back in and put it back together. Hopefully the item will last, but very disappointed in the quality control. Original or returned, either way -broken was not what a paid for.

Great product

The media could not be loaded. It a well made product, very sturdy. A little tight pulling in/out to begin with but will loosen up as you use it more!
