Looks matter
The towels arrived as scheduled and the design looked okay. The packaging is a big problem. The 500 towels were jammed into four cellophane sleeves. One end was open, and the packages were placed upside down on the open end allowing the towels to slip out slightly. The result is that from the fold extending about two inches downward the paper is crushed and permanently wrinkled so the towels look awful. These were intended for a powder room but are unusable for guests due to the ratty appearance of the towels. The problem likely wouldn't have occurred if the cellophane packages were sealed so the towels remained stationary, or even if the sleeves were laid flat instead of being stood on end. Careless, poor planning. I don't expect to buy from this company again.

High quality guest towel.
I like having nice paper guest towels in the powder room, and near kitchen sink when family is over so not sharing hand towels. These are a subtle design not shiny gold, sort of muted. We have the space for a carton of 500 and I share with our daughter.

Nice disposable towels, but packing makes them not so pretty
The quality of the towels themselves is excellent... they're pretty and very absorbent. The problem is that each pack has plastic wrapper around it rather than it being in a small box, so when packs are loaded into the box and shipped, many of the packets are set on their side, some of the packs get squished and the towels end up not being flat. Not sure I'm explaining it well enough. The towels serve their purpose well, but if you want them to look "perfect," for example if you were using them as dinner napkins for a wedding, you would end up not being able to use some of them.

Beautiful and extremely absorbent!
I purchased these to use as napkins at my daughter's wedding reception. We were very pleased with the quality and price! They were a beautiful addition to the dark wood table and gold silverware!

Hoffmaster 856520 Linen-Like Guest Towel
Love these napkins. If I were more of a hoarder, I would order 3000 at a time! These napkins are better than any you can buy in a store. You won't be disappointed. The pattern is neutral enough that they will work in virtually any room. We entertain a lot and I simply love these for my guests and myself:-) Please note: I will often use one of these napkins to quickly wipe down my powder room countertop and cabinet. They are extremely durable and so worth the money.

Messy ordering
The product is overall good, but packaging sometimes ruin them, hope for the best luck when receiving this product.
