Great rain coat

Bought this for a trip to Scotland. Love the longer length and the hood. Packs surprisingly small for its length.

Too nice to wear in the rain

It’s a nice looking, dressy coat, but I wish the hood was bigger, and I wish to coat was thicker and warmer.

Beautiful functional coat

Compared to Aden or Belfast, this is long enough, it covers your whole thighs. Lightweight and well made. I haven’t worn it in the rain yet. it has a good sleek cut. I wear size S in most clothes. But went with size M on this one, in case I need to add a layer. Definitely not a frumpy looking coat. Highly recommended

A good cold-weather raincoat

This is a good raincoat to wear in the colder weather, definitely not during the current spell of hot summer days. It is well cut from a quality fabric that drapes and provides structure, but is also slightly larger cut than I have found the brand to be in the past. It is a stylish coat, nice and long to protect against showers and a wardrobe staple.

Nice looking waterproof coat- hood a bit inconvenient

I like this coat- the bright yellow colour really makes it stand out, and the shape of it makes it look really stylish. It's a nice fit- i'm a size 10 and went for medium so I had room for thick cardigans underneath it. It has zip up pockets, a large hood and it's slightly padded so it will go a little way to keep you warm as well. The hood, whilst good looking, is a tad large so it falls down a lot and is really crinkly, despite the fabric of the coat actually feeling really soft. I haven't tried it in heavy rain, but for walking the dogs on a wet day this did keep me dry. However, being yellow it does show marks up pretty quickly- and of course in the rain mud a mess is more likely. This coat at normal retail at time of writing costs £160. For the brand and the fact it looks good and keeps your dry is pretty good- but more than I would be willing to spend on a waterproof usually.

Great coat

Really keeps the wind chill out and is very comfortable and waterproof. The hood is a great option for those grotty mornings. Keeps you well covered up and cosy and dry inside. Beautifully made with great attention to detail and a nice feeling fabric.

Lightweight, the fit looks very slimming

Nice, fitted look to the jacket, quite slimming and a really nice length. The coat is lightweight yet has a real premium look and feel to it, my wife loves the material and now the weather is cooler she uses this as her main day-to-day coat. Everything from walking our dog to going out during the day at weekends. Because of the fit, it’s a very stylish-looking coat. The inside is soft and warm, very comfortable to wear, and I love that it’s very subtlety branded giving it a classy look. Very well made. Size medium is perfect for a size 10. A trusted brand that delivers excellent quality

I am a huge fan of Helly Hansen and my girlfriend is also so I was really keen to see if this raincoat would live up to the exceptions I have for the brand and I was not disappointed. Everything from the presentation, the look and feel of the coat just screams quality. As expected from the brand, everything is presented beautifully, even the care labels. The coat itself fit her really well, the size guide I would say is about right which is great. The coat is lightweight and breathable which is perfect as you can sometimes get hot even though it is raining so this is a welcomed change, and if you do get a little cold you can easily layer up with a jumper which is the best way to regulate your body temperature. There are ample pockets, zips and ties to ensure the best fit when wearing it. This is a beautiful coat that looks and feels fantastic and in my opinion is well worth the money for such a quality jacket that will last you for years to come.
