Identical Replacement

I needed to replace the burned out bulb in my in-ground pool. The old light bulb must have been so hot that it deformed the plastic face rim. I replaced it with an LED bulb, much brighter and not as hot. This item is the exact replacement for what I needed and I received it the next day. The reason I gave 3 stars to installation is unless you have a mask and snorkel and have the ability to weigh yourself down, it is very difficult to put the light assembly back into the hole and match up the one screw that holds it all in place to the little hole as the light assembly is a sealed unit and very buoyant. All in all, well worth it to save $100+ doing it myself as opposed to having a pool company do it.

fit as expected

I posted pictures of front and back of old and new. It was a little awkward putting this on with the collar ring. I do not like the design of the light and collar that is used with this, but this has nothing to do with the replacement ring.

Don't order from these people..they don't care..

I ordered for a new liner installation and had decided to put in a new bulb, well took me over 6 wks to get the liner and I couldn't use this cover, needed a chrome one. I had ZERO control of the circumstances and they absolutely refused to let me return the item that has never been opened. I had ordered 2 other things that had to be returned and everyone else allowed me a return. Sad a company has to screw thier customers. Now I own a useless part because they want to make everything to the book. Life has special circumstances and there should be allowances for that. Thanks to them for helping me!!!

Just what I needed

Product was on time and was as it described. It actually fit better that the original. Price was good too. I called around to a few pool supply shops and they all wanted over $10 more. Great buy.
