What a great set of darts!
Edits made are in brackets [edits] I'm really happy with these darts. I've always played darts at other peoples houses and haven't had my own dart board or set of darts since I was kid. (Back then it was plastic darts and paper board!) Last summer I regained an interest in darts and decided to buy my own board and darts. Six months later, I finally made up my mind. [I did quite a bit of research and read numerous reviews before settling on this set of darts.] I'm really happy with the Harrows Darts. They look great, they feel great and they fly true. As other have mentioned, My game improved immediately! I now know what a decent set of darts are like! I've been using them daily for [several weeks ] now, and they are solid. Nothing has loosened up and the finish is perfect. Currently, I can only compare this set of darts with those I've borrowed at other houses. I'm assuming they were cheap sets that came with the board bought at big-box store. So the comparison is anything but fair! If you're just getting into to darts or if you're looking for a good set for occasional use, spend the $15 and buy these darts. It'll be worth it. [ EDIT - 11/20/2012 I now have a set ofHarrows 59509 Club Brass Steel Tip Dart (24-Gram) . While the 59509 are also great darts, this set cost only 85 cents more ($16.30 compared to $15.45) and are far and above a much better more solidly constructed darts. I'm beginning to think the 59204 Voodoos may be true bargain!] [ edit 6/11/2013 I was asked how many darts are in the set. There are three darts, enough for one player. If you're looking for enough darts for two players, you should order two sets ]

Good for "real" darts players
I just got my sons the "DMI Bristle Dartboard in Oak Finish Cabinet" for Christmas. Based on customer reviews, people who had experience playing darts (ie, not the casual rec room darts players) commented the the darts included with this dart board set weren't the greatest: didn't stick, fins fell off, lots of bounce outs, etc. Better darts player recommended getting better darts. So I did, and gave them to the boys along with the dart board set. This is when I found out they both had experience playing darts (they never tell me anything, pfft). They commented that these darts were MUCH, MUCH better than the darts that came with the dart board set. Much better quality, sturdier, better-balanced, flew truer, fewer bounce outs, sharper, stronger, etc. I couldn't tell the difference, since I am a rec room darts player (but I play badminton, and can detect a difference in gram weight between racquets, so I can understand where they're coming from). They like them so much that they're taking them with them when they return to their homes, so that they can take them with them as personal darts when they play in bars with friends. This seems to echo other consumer evaluations of these darts. Based on how much my boys like these, I'd have they say they are definitely worth the expense if you're more experienced than the garden-variety rec room darts player!

A decent set of darts
This is a decent set of darts, particularly for beginners. Not too expensive, reasonably well made and of a good weight. Darts weighing 25 grams are average weight, and the most common. For good reasons; they are not too heavy and not too light. More importantly, they will enable you to determine if your next set of darts should be heavier or lighter. This will save you some money down the road, by not buying the wrong weight darts. With darts it is all about the barrel or body, of the dart. These come with decent brass barrels. They are large enough in diameter and the knurling sharp enough to grip well. The back end is threaded in the standard 2ba thread. If you don’t know what that means, don’t worry about it. Just about any aftermarket shaft will fit these barrels. This is a good thing, as they come with inexpensive plastic shafts. These are easily replaced if you are so inclined. If you are going to get serious about the game, you will want to look at some tungsten darts. If you are just getting started, or you want to casually throw some darts, these are just what you need.

Spoiled after using better darts.
These darts are OK for the price I guess, but if you ever use anything nicer, these feel like junk in comparison. I am no kind of advanced or expert player... I just started throwing darts a few months ago, but have been trying out several barrel styles, weights and brands. I purchased some cheaper darts like these in an effort to find out what weight and style I like the most. These are the cheapest darts I have purchased and they feel like the cheapest darts I have used. I was however more disappointed in a set of Fat Catz darts that I purchased where 2/3 of the shafts were crooked out of the box (which i quickly replaced). After comparing different styles and weights, I seem to like 24g weight with a relatively straight barrel with a bit of an indent for your index finger and shorter shafts. Target and Winmau brand darts cost 4-5x as much as these, but the extra cost is worth it once you know what you like. Winmau barrels are great, but come with poor shafts in my experience. Target brand darts are the sharpest, best all around darts you can buy IMO.

As an enthusiast getting back at darts...
The media could not be loaded. As an enthusiast getting back at it, I purchased multiple pins for me to try and find my perfect weight. I tried 22 g 24 g and ended up with this 25 g which is for me is the sweet spot. My grouping is on point. Will definitely be enjoying this before I buy my tungsten darts. At the price, you can’t ask for better shafts and flights. Of course you got a buy some spares when it breaks that’s just the way the game works.

Great Darts!
The weight is a little heavier which I like and the darts are solid. The price is perfect for the quality you get, I will buy another set like these again.

As promised. Great beginner set for my wife. Purchase resulted in both a new winmau board and digital score board gift from my sil. Life is good since I made this purchase. Result may vary with your purchase.

Indoor use. Good value.
More of an indoor set - plastic stem. Most of the stems broke hitting the concrete floor. Buy ones with a medal stem.

That old black magic.....
Just starting playing agaian after many years, and ordered these to get back into the game. I really like them, good weight and they make a nice "thunk" when hitting the board. The only drawback for me is the plastic shafts, broke one within hours of the first play. Replaced with aluminum shafts, and good since. Nice looking too.
