They are for my mother. I went a size up, as I read all the reviews and it does fit pretty comfortable for her. Perhaps if you go your own true size it is tight as it is supposed to be, because that is what they do after all, tighten up your tummy. But in my mother's case, comfort is the way to go..and so I took that road, I sized up for her. She is M so I bought L.

This is NOT HANES

This is NOT Hanes. No Hanes label. Inside the underwear doesn't say Hanes. If these underwear/brief were Hanes, it would have said Hanes in the label. Stop advertising it falsely. The on-line description is wrong. It says 59% Nylon, 41% Spandex. However, on the underwear it says 85% and 15% Spandex. With that said I must say I purchased 5 sets (10 underwear) L. I am a medium but purchased L because they run small. I am keeping them. They are well made there is some good quality and they feel similar to Hanes without the high price. The price was great and they were made in El Salvador in this continent.

Very small fit

I wear a size 6, am 5 foot 8 inches tall. I ordered a medium thinking this would be plenty large enough. I couldn’t even get it up past my thighs. I would need to order an X-Large or Xx-large. Sizing is waaaaaay off. I’m returning the item. Don’t feel like trying to guess what would fit.

Good Quality

A touch smaller than expected. I ordered a large since I'm 5'7" and 150. they fit but are tight. I ordered an extra large later on and they were too big, so I guess its just my body type, in between sizes. I bought them because where I used to get them, at Walmart they were discontinued and I was happy to see them on Amazon.

Great Product

I like these and bought them multiple times over the years. The price is better than other similar brands for a tummy control brief and you get 2 pairs. But you really need to size up for a good and comfortable wear. Glad to have them on Amazon as I can't find them anywhere else. They may not be Hanes as advertised, but still a good quality brief.
