Buckle looks silver but arrives in gold, also short

Photos for this product ought to be updated! Also, nowhere in the description of the product is the color of the buckle, at the time of this review. This is for the red band. Also, this band is nearly a half an inch shorter than the watch's original band so this is a band for smaller wrists. On the plus side, the leather seems soft and comfortable. Potential buyers might also like to know that the buckle is very fine, which might be difficult to manipulate for some.

This is a basic watchband replacement. I was disappointed it didn't include a tool to change the bands. Luckily, I have one with my eye glass repair kit.

Band had no pins to attach to watch, it was used

Until I took band to be attached to watch some weeks after I purchased it, I didn’t realize that the pins were missing and the package had been opened! So, I’m stuck with the watched band and the pins on my old band don’t work on this one????

Good overall

The media could not be loaded. Pleased with the columns fits my Timex Indiglow, however the band length runs small for my wrist. It works

Incomplete

The watch strap is beautiful, but it didn't contain the new pins needed to attach the strap to the watch casing, so I bought a $30-something watch repair kit that included assorted replacement pins (*great* purchase, that!). One end of the strap had excess glue that had dried halfway through the pin loop, so I had to ream it out. The leather around that loop was poorly secured on the sides to begin with, so I assume the excess glue was a failed attempt to seal that edge. I can fix that, but it's wound up being much more "expensive" with necessary additions and repairs.

Nice for Summer

I was concerned when I got it that it looked too thin but the attachment is the correct size. I would have preferred a silver buckle, but for summer the white is nice. This is the first day and under the buckle is uncomfortable but I'm guessing that the edges will soften up. I wear this watch always and take it off only to shower, or swim, so it will get worn quickly.

nice quality

I bought 2 of these for my wife's wristwatch, (they are hard to find locally because of the narrowness of the strap). They fit perfectly and the leather appears to be of a nice quality. A bit more costly than the vinyl straps but IMO well worth it.
