Glad I found the resin ones
Bought two of these guys as backups if I ever need them for my perc from the same company. I really am fearful of the glass ones, cause all it takes is someone being helpful and running cold water on the hot glass price for it to break. These appear to be very strict and I doubt I will be needing them for a long time. So they make great backup parts. Now to see if they sell an extra stand or two.

Works great
The top on my GSI 9 cup percolating coffee pot kept falling. SoI ordered this one. It fixed my problem. No more knob falling off for me it stays put now.

I would like to give everyone a helpful hint
I would like to give everyone a helpful hint. My resin tops didn’t fit well either so I returned them. The glass ones always broke. I tried using food grade silicone glue to hold the glass ones in place. They would break do to rattling around. This works great for about a year then the glass eventually cracks anyway. The glue is easy to remove but I thought of trying the glue with the resin tops since the problem with those is that they don’t tighten. I believe this will be a permanent fix. Doesn’t take much glue. Screw the top about half way then put a small bead around the threads at the top of the lid and finish screwing it down. Wipe any excess glue off and let it set over night, and it works great. Should never come loose again. I gave this a 3 Star because they don’t fit properly, but with food grade silicone I know they will be a five star.

Great Replacement Part
Someone left the coffee pot on the stove for too long and melted the original top. This fits our GSI percolator very well. I purchased through Amazon not realizing until later that I could have gotten a replacement at Cabela's for the same price and not having to wait for it. (I don't have Prime) This piece seems to fit better than the original one that came with the percolator. It makes a better connection with the lid and stays on tighter than the original one. If we ever need another replacement, I'll definitely purchase another one just like it. I see a few reviews that have purchased this resin top for different brands of percolators and seems to be a hit/miss situation depending on the brand. This was purchased for the GSI Outdoor Glacier Stainless Steel 12 cup silicone handle percolator we got on Amazon and it fits perfectly well. Seems to last longer than glass
I replaced the original plastic top on my GSI coffee pot with a glass one, which I thought would last much longer. Oddly, the glass tops all cracked after a few weeks to a few months and the plastic one had lasted a year or two. After purchasing 3 or 4 glass tops, I saw the plastic one online and ordered 3, assuming I'd need them eventually. All this because I love perked coffee. Not electric percolator, French Press, or drip, but the good old-fashioned stovetop variety. This plastic top is doing the trick, although the threads don't exactly fit the GSI coffee pot and the top falls off when not in use. Happily, the steam and moisture seem to adhere it to the pot while perking and pouring, so it all works out fine.

the top is resin and I wanted glass. If you dont mind plastic then it will probably work for you but I thought it was going to be glass which is what the original one that broke was made out of. I did find a glass one that fit.

Back Perking
This new percolator center top fit the coffee pot lid and doesn't leak - (original center plastic(?) perk top cracked broke out, spraying coffee. Time will tell if the new (resin) center top will not be blown out.

Won't break and it lasts and lasts
I bought a 12-cup GSI percolator over three years ago and use it every day. It has this resin top and I love it -- big improvement over the old glass "knobs" that were prone to crack and break. Anyhow, I noticed this replacement resin top for sale and decided I'd pick one up as a spare, just in case. In fact, the one I'm using is still fine, after three years. It has darkened after having who-knows how many hundreds of gallons of coffee bubbled up through it, but otherwise is about as good as new and still fits perfectly. If you use a percolator, whatever the brand, and this fits, I'd recommend it.

this perk lid was bought as a spare just in case...its plastic , not glasss , so not sure how durable it will be, but it does fit my percolator perfectly

Bought this to replace my broken glass top. Fits perfect on my Coleman 12 cup perculator. Just screwed in nice and snug, Very happy with purchase. Has a large opening on inside for coffe to perc through.
