NO ESCUTCHEON/DECK PLATE?!
Like others have said, this Grohe faucet does NOT come with an escutcheon/deck plate to cover up a three-hole sink mount. On top of that, Grohe does not appear to manufacture a escutcheon/deck plate in “Brushed Cool Sunrise” (basically a brushed gold) at all! So that means that even though I love the look of this faucet, I will have to return it and find another option. What a massive disappointment! First of all, a $250+ faucet should come with a escutcheon plate. Most do, so I don’t understand why a reputable brand like Grohe does not. Second, as I’m finding that every manufacturer’s version of a brushed gold or brass looks different, Grohe should make a universal escutcheon for ALL of its finishes to coordinate with its full range of faucet offerings.

Love it!
I was reluctant to pay so much for my Grohe hardware but I am so glad I chose it. Every piece I bought is gorgeous. The shape and color are absolutely stunning. The fixtures are actually metal, not the plastic junk that so many other brands are selling. My contractor said he loves using Grohe because of the quality and ease of installation. I'm super happy with my purchase. You will be, too.

Beautiful chrome finish
I got two of these faucets for two bathrooms, one in a guest bathroom and one in a half bath. They are solid brass high quality faucets. The chrome finish is outstanding and easy to clean. The simple design is modern and sleek. I had a plumber install so I can't speak for ease of installation. They came with matching drains. The water comes out a bit angled towards you, not straight vertically. It is perfect for my flat bottom sink as it pushes the water around the sink before it runs down the drain. I highly recommend this gorgeous faucet.

Great quality and look
Elegant and highly functional faucet. Mount at around 2.5 inches from the edge of the faucet. May seem like far away but the water shoots at a high angle so that works out just right.

Graceful design, exceptional quality...
The media could not be loaded. Grohe faucets are exceptional examples of German design and engineering. I don't think any American company is fully Grohe's equal. Moen makes beautiful, long-lasting faucets, yet Grohe faucets strike me as being just one step ahead in design and build. This is a single-hole bathroom faucet. Though it's tall, it's probably not tall enough to use with most vessel sinks. Grohe does make a similar 12-inch faucet for vessel sinks.... The valve action on this faucet is tight and precise, feeling almost hydraulically damped. Attaching the faucet to the vanity top is easy. Standard connectors descend from the valve to attach to hot and cold supply lines. Chrome plating on Grohe faucets is always exceptional and this faucet follows form. The chrome gleams with a deep rich lustre. The aerator for the faucet is located inside the spout of the faucet and is angled slightly forward so that the faucet does not dispense water at 90 degrees from the spout, but sprays slightly toward the front of the sink. Included in the box is a small thumb-screw wrench for removing the aerator. Don't neglect to save the wrench for removing and cleaning the aerator when it gets debris in it in the future. One example of Grohe quality... Grohe includes a little ring for the faucet assembly to sit on when attached to the vanity. That little ring is made of finely chromed metal like the faucet itself. A beautiful American faucet I recently obtained had a similar ring/gasket at its base, but the American manufacturer's ring was made of black plastic. Grohe faucets are beautiful and well-made. You won't go wrong with this faucet if you like the design.

Modern
I am replacing some old faucets with Grohe faucets. I really like Grohe because they are made with high quality materials. They are solid, and will last a long time. My handyman installed this faucet very easily. Looks great, and gives the bathroom a modern look. But there is one thing that bothers me about this faucet compared to my other Grohe faucets, and that is, a little bit of water runs back on the counter top. It seems when I have on low this happens. No big deal. So I rated 4 stars. Plus a lifetime warranty. Grohe will replace or repair all defected products. Replacement parts remain available for a minimum of 10 years after a product is discontinued.

Excellent quality, Nice design
This is my first experience with Grohe. I have one Moen faucet in my kitchen which is comparable to Grohe in terms of quality and design. It is difficult for me to tell which one is more quality. I think you can get either Moen or Grohe as long as you are ok with the design. They are both excellent. This Grohe bathroom faucet is one of the finest and it proves it as soon as you open the box. It's very well built, very shiny and no part of it looks ordinary or cheap. This is no surprise. The installation was extremely easy. In fact, uninstalling your old faucet and its rusty connections will likely be the biggest and probably the only problem when you want to install this amazing quality faucet. In my case, I had to remove this faucet shortly after installation because of a leak. I am certain that the leak isn't caused by this Grohe faucet. The leak was coming from the connection between the shut-off valve and the cold water hose. Before noticing the leak I was able to test the faucet. The handle works very smoothly and in every aspect, it gives you the feeling of a high-quality faucet that will serve you for a long time without issues. I also liked that this faucet is tall and gives you a good clearance to wash your hands. My old faucet is pretty short and gives me inconvenience when washing my hands. I would take pictures but when I noticed the leak I panicked and had to work on it until I realized that I needed to remove the faucet. I would recommend this faucet.

This is an excellent product.
Except that it came without the flow control! Amazon was great in paying me for the missing part, but then I had the aggravation of sourcing the missing part. Grrr.
