Where do you order the smoke filter
I love the grill but dread the day when I have to go on a big deal hunting expedition to find a replacement filter. I think they should ship with a pack of them--say 6 to 10 of them. The price of filters is less than a penny each to manufacture. It's pretty ridiculous for companies to not prepare you to keep items for a few years. Dumping products one can't get parts for is a very bad environmental idea.

Did an amazing job grilling chicken and sausages
The media could not be loaded. The Instant 6-in-1 Indoor Grill and Air Fryer by Instant Pot arrived in it's retail box, in good condition. It was easy to unpack and setup - taking less than 10 minutes. It's a bit large, so you'll need some extra space on your countertop. My first test was grilling a split chicken breast and italian sausages. It took what seemed a long time (longer than my other countertop convection oven) to preheat. Once ready I placed the meats on the grilling tray and they started cooking right away. It's nice being able to see the grilling progress through the glass lid. After about 8 or so minutes it beeped at me indicating that it was time to turn the meat over. After flipping the meats I closed the lid and it would not start again. The screen simply stated "On Hold" - and would not restart. It did eventually say "Lid OPEN" even though the lid was closed. No matter what I tried I could not get the unit to restart (see video). I had to remove my food and finish cooking it in my countertop convection oven. The next day I contacted the manufacturer through their website detailing the problem. 6 days later I still have not heard back from them. I was able to exchange it as defective through the Amazon website (thankfully since the manufacturer wasn't responsive) and I received a replacement a couple of days later. I REALLY like this indoor grill and want to use it often now that it's cold outside and don't want to start up the smoker. I'm just a bit weary that the replacement will break as easily and I'll have to go through this all over again...

Amazon me envio inmediatamente una de reemplazo. Espero que dure pues es muy sencilla de usar y de limpiar y estoy muy contento con las carnes que produce a gran velocidad. La experiencia con la freidora de aire y la deshidratadora de frutas es igualmente muy buena.

Great grill
I love this air fryer/grill I was looking for a indoor grill besides an air fryer. Does a great job, easy to clean love the way it opens and has a glass top to see everything. Would recommend this product

I can grill in the winter!! Awesome product!
I am very pleased with this product. The 6 functions in one appliance has allowed it to replace two appliances that were taking up counter space. I have used the grill and air fryer function several times. Preheats quickly and lets you know when it’s ready. It cooks perfectly, nice and crispy minus the grease when air frying and when grilling the meat turns out tasty and cooked like it’s been on an outdoor grill (even has perfect grill marks!). It even beeped when grilling to let me know it’s time to flip the food! Nice and roomy cooking space. I cooked four very large burgers at once. Odor was minimal. Much less than if I would have cooked in a pan on the stove top. And I appreciated the large glass lid that allows you to see your foods progress. Controls are easy to use and the instructions that came with it are too. I like the knob that allows you to turn to easily change temperature and cooking time. Easy cleanup which to me is a very important feature! That determines how often I will use it. The lid comes off easily and can be washed separately. Grill grate and air fry basket can be put in dishwasher! Easy peasy! The oil collector makes for easy draining of grease. A very useful addition to my kitchen! Love it!

Broke after a few uses
First couple of times it had a horrible plastic smell, that did go away mostly but could smell plastic on few remaining uses just no where near as bad. I used it like five times and as it was warming up to use grill function in its last use it shut off , smoking quiet a bit and died never to work again. It was really big also so it took up a lot of counter space and the center vent made cooking some food more difficult. It would have been a good appliance had it kept working as it should but don’t think it was meant to which is why I didn’t seek replacement, I have long been skeptical of air fryers and worried they were fire prone. I typically like instant brand and have a few of their products but this air fryer was not as reliable and of the same quality. The air fryer function worked without hassle the few times I used it but the grill function gave me issues the one other time I used it and it died the second so maybe it is just the grill part that had issues but again it was used so few times it’s truly hard to say.

This machine is very sensitive, don't recommend!
So on my 3rd replacement! Not gonna lie this thing is awesome when it works and definitely some operator error. 1st one I definitely overheated going back to back air frying some potatoes then straight to grilling some steaks but half way thru the preheating cycle it shorted out and it was done! Amazon replaced it no problems. 2nd one made sure not to go back to back on cooking things cleaned it out after every use but neglected to check where the grease from the food was leaking from into the trap . Needless to see all the grease leaked into the machine and it shorted out AGAIN! I called Amazon and they replaced with no problem, matter of fact I called at 7pm Saturday and got the new one the very next day! So with all that said if you buy this make sure to clean it after every use and make sure the the valve where the grease leaks into the trap is clean and clear and don't cook back to back on it until it cools down!
