Looks great but I found it a tricky to wear
The apron has lovely feeling fabric, with handsome styling and up-scale stitching. The usefully large front pocket is paired with a strap to hold tongs and stuff. But I had trouble getting used to the unconventional manner of wearing it. Instead of the usual strap loop at the neck, this one criss-crosses from the corners of the neck over the shoulder and down the back. It tightens by pulling the straps through large eyelets at the waist. I found it inconvenient to put on, and since it requires me to put my arms through I have to put down anything I’m already holding. I also noticed the shoulder straps slipping off while wearing. This thing seems designed more for a coy woman than a guy. I did just find a workable way to simplify wearing it: I loop both straps over my head -- one left, one right -- and let them hang down the front -- my front, that is -- then run them around my waist and tied in front. That is almost the same as a conventional apron and also allows adjusting the distance from neck to the garment top. (Sadly, it describes more complicated-sounding than it is.) Since it’s kind of too cold for BBQing, my plan was to use this as a shop apron to protect my clothes while I’m working at my benches. I expect it will do fine for that.

All good but a really tricky way to put on.
I like the design, the look and the size of this apron. The material is denim but not thick like denim material found in jeans. There are different pockets in this apron. They are large and roomy. This apron can be used for any type of activity. I am using it for general woodworking and other chores in the workshop. Since it is long it protects your clothes up to the knees. I find saw dust to be sticky and it sticks like a magnet to my clothes. This apron prevents that from happening. As for the cons, there is one major con- I find it very tricky to wear it using the straps. There should have been a better, faster and easier way to put on the apron. The way it is right now, I find it confusing to put on. It is supposed to go over the shoulders criss crossing into the holes from the back. In my opinion, this is a silly way to wear it. An easier way would have been a stand alone strap for the neck and another set of strings for the waist like normal aprons. I like the quality of the material and the design. With an improved strap design this apron would have been perfect to put on quickly. Pricewise I find it to be steep.

A little thin, but very useful
I make knives and find this very useful to carry my most used tools (calipers and the likes) . Great for adding a layer to protect my clothes from saw dust and glue. For a denim material, it's actually pretty thin and light. That could be a pro for some, but for my use case, I would have preferred a thicker style denim for protection. Pockets are well sewn and lashings are very long, so it will fit even the chunkiest of people. Good product

Great apron, a little on the expensive side
At $45CAD this denim apron is a little on the pricey side, but would make a nice gift. Although it is a denim material it is quite thin and light, so it isn't thick like a Jean jacket or a pair of jeans. There are several reviews stating that they've found it tricky to put on, which I have to disagree with... It was super easy to figure out immediately for me and my family. Loop both strands over your head, put each arm through the respective hole between the strands, tighten at this point to adjust the height from your neck, fold the apron if needed, wrap strands around and tie.

Slightly thick & heavy; better fit for someone who’s at least 5’8” (my guess)
The denim material is actually slightly thick and overall heavy, which I prefer as it’s not like the cheap flimsy aprons that you find at dollar stores. This was advertised as one-size-fits-most, and the design of the neck loop/straps make this possible, but it does make it a bit tricky to learn how to put it on, at first. But once you figure it out, it’ll quickly become second nature. Another way is just pre-loop it as shown in the product listing (2nd) picture, and then just put in on over your head. Oh yeah, my SO at under 5’ looked a bit goofy in this thing… This apron seems to do a very good job at protecting spills (if you are cooking or BBQing) from seeping through to the wearer’s clothing; but if you are using this in a workshop working with oil, maybe not so much.
