High quality painting, glass bulb protector and ample light! Best part is made in USA, and far better than the old ones that came from China, I recently purchased 5 more to up date everything! My electrician was surprised by the cost!

These things work perfectly to match modern or classic designed homes. IN our case our 1959 Mid-Century Modern house has these on both the front and side staircase. A solid, quality product that is an improvement on the older units with cork seals. You won't be disappointed.

Completely satisfied with theses light fixtures
I recently purchased 4 of these lamps and just finished installing them, the quality is excellent and they look good and work perfect. I may order more of them as I like the way they add décor and function to my outdoor environment. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for these types of outdoor lighting.

Philips Hue bulbs fit
Philips Hue color A19 bulbs fit in these fixtures perfectly, however the clear glass didn’t allow for the colors to reflect properly, a light coat of white spray paint on the inside of the glass solved the problem.

Outstanding Quality and USA Made!
These are outstanding quality, from the zinc construction to the heavy glass globe inside. Has a coarse texture gloss finish. Disassembles by removing three screws on the top. Uses a medium base light bulb, the socket quality is very good and solid. The glass globe threads on and even has a gasket for sealing. The connection is for conduit, 1/2" NPT. In my installation I am using schedule 40 PVC conduit for the in ground runs because it is bendable, and 3 wire THHN 14ga cable because it is less hassle than pulling 3 separate wires through the conduit. The in ground conduit connects to a PVC cross so that that two legs of the cross point up and down. Using a 1-1/4" auger I bore an 18" hole. Then schedule 80 PVC conduit for the section above and below the cross as it has a thicker wall and is stiffer. The section of pipe buried in the ground needs to be capped on the bottom. You WILL need an Type C inline conduit body to make the electrical connections (e.g. E987B) . The wires coming out of the fixture are 12 inches.

What a terrific product. The all metal and glass construction is sturdy and the style is timeless ! For a stem mounted garden/ pathway light you can’t beat this deal. I paired mine with a 7.5 WATT LED bulb (75 lumen 2700k) for a subdued pleasing illumination.

Had these for 4 years
I have purchased these twice now and still need to buy about 5 more, but they have gotten pricey!!! Overall, I do love the lights. They hold up well for the most part and are easy to install. Unfortunately, one of the 6 lights has stopped working altogether. I tried replacing the bulb and checking the wires, but the light is just done. I have another one out of the 6 that burns through bulbs extremely fast. I have replaced about 3 bulbs in that one alone before having to replace any of the others. Overall, I do love them. I just think these are too expensive to suddenly not work. I still need to order more, but I am putting that off due to the price at this point. I sure wish these were a little less expensive.

Very well made
I was a little hesitate before buying these due to the negative reviews but I am surprised how well made they are. Compared to the Progress Lighting P5204-31 that I bought in 2015, these are clearly better made. Also, the Progress Lighting uses non-standard size short light bulbs which are hard to find, these use the regular light bulbs. The only con is that it doesn't come with the 1/2x2" adapter so I have to pay an extra visit to the hardware store since the old one is rusty.

Absolutely great product, very high quality
These weatherproof lights are extremely good, I have put 110 volt led lightbulbs in them and discovered that these lights were better than the low level current/voltage systems (no need to run low level 12 volt wires), since I can plug regular house voltage. They are extremely strong , sturdy and water tight, well worth the price as these lights are of very high quality

Is the shown product showing ALL required parts needed?
The lamp is well constructed. The items that are missing is the problem in this matter. All other suppliers include the connections required to add the lamp to a power cable: they are missing in this product. These connections add about C$ 4.50 to each lamp. In my case 5 times, one for each lamp I bought: a bit of a downer.
