Easy on the eyes, wallet

We've been using this product in our kitchen for months now and it's held up as well as we can hope for. These are commonly made of plastic but we knew we wanted something made of wood that was also affordable. I think this product ticks all the right boxes, and it's easy to use. Stuff stays stable as you move it around, and it spins exactly the way you want it to. You can fit quite a few items on it, and even when I put heavier items such as bottles of oil and vinegar on top, it still is very stable and spins well. I highly recommend this product if you like the look and size! It's perfect for a countertop or cabinet.

Attractive but with mixed feelings

The shelves themselves are a very nice quality. I question the sturdiness of this though as the dowels that hold the shelves together are only held in place by very THIN SHORT easy to strip phillips head screws. It is attractive, but I question its long term endurance.

Great space saver

Looks good on my kitchen counter. Holds more than I had imagined. Looks like it came with my oak cabinets. Turns perfectly. I would definitely recommend this turn table to anyone who would like to free up counter space.

Functional, Accurate, Great for Indian Pakistani Spice Pan

The diameter of this bamboo wood 2-tiered lazy susan seems to have been made perfectly for the circular stainless steel spice organizer pan used for Desi/ Indian/ Pakistani style cooking. The bamboo wood is very smooth, and the functional measurements of height and diameter allow for maximum utilization of the typical above-counter-level cabinet found in most kitchens in United States. I cannot yet attest to the durability, as I only recently bought the item, and it could use a slightly heavier base. Overall, very reasonably priced and functional item.

Great for organization

I purchased this to help organize some of my most utilized spices. The double tiered, lazy susan holds quite a few spices. I ended up ordering a second one, because it looks nice on the counter, and well, I have a ridiculous amount of spices I use in my cooking. It wasn't too hard to put together and it's sturdy. You just need a small screwdriver and a few minutes and it's ready to use.

Nice, but uneven.

Overall, it's a nice lazy Susan, constructed of decent bamboo material. There are some sharp edges, and some rough surfaces, which show a deficiency in attention to quality control. If used as a spice rack, I think this is not a big issue. However, If you want to use this to accent a pastry/dessert presentation, or any manner of public display, you might get away with it, depending on the luck of the draw (the quality finish). Another problem is the design does not lend itself to sturdy upright orientation. I purchased 2 of these, and one is definitely slightly askew, leaning noticeably from perpendicular. The bottom of the lazy Susan is bare wood. It would have been nice if there was silicone/rubber to secure the bottom with more confidence. The rolling mechanism is rather decent, allowing for easy rotation of the 2 layer structure. I was fortunate to find this during a sale, paying about $12 (before taxes). That's about one half the price of competitive products. At that price, this is certainly a worthwhile purchase (which is also why I bought 2). If you can get this during a similar sale, I say grab it quickly. Overall, it's a nice 2 level lazy susan, decent bamboo materials, with somewhat uneven quality finishes. I'd rate it around a 3.5 stars, with a moderate level recommendation (higher if you can get it on sale).

Pleasantly surprised!

I took a chance (based on some dicey reviews) and am so happy I did! I love this little lazy Susan for spices. It turns well and fits great! Love how I can organize my spices and access them all so much better now!

Poor quality item, don't waste your money

Quite apart from waiting a week for this to be shipped over from USA to Scotland, when it arrived and I tried to assemble it, it very quickly became clear that this was a really poor quality item - the base had an emerging split right through the wood from side to side that would have rendered the whole thing useless in seconds. Returned to sender just minutes after unboxing. I know it's cheap, but there's no reason why anyone would expect it to be quite as nastily cheap as it was.
